Service was amazing but prices were pretty high. We got sever things and everything was either completely bland or way over seasoned. Pretty rich food if that's what you're craving. The music was very loud and chairs weren't comfortable but they do have booths :) The coffee was um, really bad :( I guess it's the kind of place where you have to know what to get. read more

There are so many options but we went with the Apple Pie Waffle and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Waffle Sandwich, a side of bacon (not pictured), the Cookie Butter Iced Coffee and the Berries n Cream Iced Matcha. That Cookie Butter Coffee...Heaven on earth...if you don't take any other of my suggestions, please take this one! The cold foam was thick and creamy, the coffee actually had a cookie butter flavor without being overly sweet. The match was good as well, we had never tried matcha so we were glad we did. The waffles were AMAZING. I will definitely go back to get the coffee and try more of the sweet waffles. We got the apple pie to share and a side of bacon. After several days stuck inside we decided to venture out to get some breakfast. Waffle Champion is nearby our house so we decided to try it. Wha a great place. The young woman who took our order was so sweet and let us know that due to the weather they were giving away hot chocolate. What a treat! I had the Plain and Simple waffles as did my wife but her were gluten free. One of my daughters had 'Smores Waffles while the other just wanted chicken tenders. They both loved what they ordered. When we pulled up I thought this place was closed but it was actually just dead at 12 o'clock on a Tuesday. Maybe the breakfast hours or weekends are busier but my husband and I had the whole place to ourselves. The service was great and the menu was limited which was nice because too many options are sketchy and overwhelming. Husband got the hot chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The waffle was cooked perfectly and the rest paired with it so well. The only downside was my cheese fries were so salty that it left a salty aftertaste forever and they were not edible at all. They don't even have real butter if you want your waffle plain (only $6), just some nasty, grainy melted butter substitute. AT LAST! We have been watching this location being built for the last year and have already been there a few times! It is just as fantastic as the Midtown location, I am VERY happy to report. Chicken and Waffles always sounds good, and thankfully those of us up North no longer have to make a long drive to get it. I like the Hot chicken Waffle best, but they have something for everyone.
