Although this is not the most famous or oldest Belgian Waffle in Brussels, but it was certainly one of the best we had. On the day we visited, they had pommel (apple), vanilla, speculous, chocolate, and original waffles. Plenty of toppings to choose from of course. The shape is irregular like a Liege waffle, but the waffle is quite light and fluffy, soft on the inside and crispy outside. All the waffles are freshly made and served warm b/c of constant demand, just delicious. We ate a lot of waffles while in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, etc. This was the best.
