He was extremely nice, professional, & knowledgeable, as he taught me some things I didn't know, including some money saving tips & do-it-yourself repair tricks. He took pictures of my unusual octagon chimney when he climbed on my roof & explained what minor repairs needed to be done, letting me know it was something that I could do myself, providing me with names of various businesses I could purchase supplies, both locally & online. In other words, he didn't try to upsell to make more money if he were to repair it instead. I was thoroughly impressed & pleased with his expertise & would highly recommend him to anyone in McLennan County, as I'm not sure he works any further, but then again he just might if there were a handful of homes in your neighborhood that he could clean on the same day, because he offers a great discount when he can do that. You won't be disappointed!

When they came to give a bid it was obvious they were a cut above the rest. They looked at a variety of things that others overlooked which would eventually drive the cost up. Polansky was very straight forward and was half the cost of another Lennox dealer in the area. The service after the installation has been impeccable! When I first turned the heat on in the Fall there was a burned oil smell. I called in the evening and they returned my call immediately. They were out to check on the system first thing the next morning. At that time I mentioned that the thermostat would reboot several times a day. The technician. Told me to watch it and let them know if it caused a problem. About two months later the thermostat would not work. It was 7:00 in the evening and cold outside. I am recovering from leukemia treatment and get cold very easily. The thermostat was stuck on 70. Polansky promptly returned my call and suggested I restart the thermostat. Eventually they guided me through flipping the breakers to reset the system. This worked and the heat started to work. The next morning they called to arrange a time to install a new thermostat. Even though my issue was a last minute addition they took the time to ask me when a good time for me would be to come. Polansky Heating and Air has been a great choice for my home!

This cable is typically about $ 20- $ 30, I spoke with the technician and he claimed that even after replacing the cable, there is no guarantee that the unit will work because he does not know what is wrong behind the wall- we don't do that kind of work! Not satisfied with his quote, we called someone else who came in on a Saturday and fixed (replaced) the cable including the plug to the wall for $ 175. see photos BEFORE and AFTER. Quote from Evergreen of more than $ 410 just to replace a short cable was exorbitant, and not fair. Will NEVER use your services.
