When they came to give a bid it was obvious they were a cut above the rest. They looked at a variety of things that others overlooked which would eventually drive the cost up. Polansky was very straight forward and was half the cost of another Lennox dealer in the area. The service after the installation has been impeccable! When I first turned the heat on in the Fall there was a burned oil smell. I called in the evening and they returned my call immediately. They were out to check on the system first thing the next morning. At that time I mentioned that the thermostat would reboot several times a day. The technician. Told me to watch it and let them know if it caused a problem. About two months later the thermostat would not work. It was 7:00 in the evening and cold outside. I am recovering from leukemia treatment and get cold very easily. The thermostat was stuck on 70. Polansky promptly returned my call and suggested I restart the thermostat. Eventually they guided me through flipping the breakers to reset the system. This worked and the heat started to work. The next morning they called to arrange a time to install a new thermostat. Even though my issue was a last minute addition they took the time to ask me when a good time for me would be to come. Polansky Heating and Air has been a great choice for my home!

I called the emergency Shelton plumber and home insurance came out and fixed it at that time I thought. Let's fast forward to a year later. My toilet started leaking at the bottom on the flower. The Shelton plumbing forgot to install the nut to bolt the toilet to the floor, which caused it to shift, leak, and severely damage the subfloor over time. I'm now stuck with expensive repairs again thanks to their careless mistake. The total amount that they have cost me over $3,000. I talked to the president of the company his apology came off very disingenuous. He was trying to get off the phone very quickly. He never offered to claim the damages with their insurance to help me pay for the cost.
