Talk about waba grill is stingy i ordered a chicken bowl and got less then half a chicken breast and a lot of rice
    Wally C.

I ordered a chicken bowl got a rice bowl instead they got a full chicken breast cut a little piece of it and chopped it up to make it seem like it's a lot there so greedy but wanna charge you almost 11 bucks for a rice bowl

So dog walking past the Wiltern Theater location I read the "Plantspired steak" poster in the window and thought I would spring the $15. With brown rice, veggies and a beverage I gave it a try. The texture and flavor is identical to NY steak. Amazing! Aerosmith Hot Blooded, Bon Jovi Always and REO Speedwagon I can't fight this feeling piped in, I was carted back to Hemet High School, on the 30 minute bus trip to Idyllwild. For a minute I was 16. Clean restroom too! (Should it be $10.00? Yes!)

    Spores for dinner, anyone?

These ppl over at Waba Grill gave us moldy oranges. If you want to avoid getting food poisoning or dying don't come here. Hope they give me my refund, that's the least. Two Problems here. 1. I have a moldy slice of orange here just enjoying a nice sauna with the rest of my food. 2. If the line of service at this Waba Grill is so bad that they didn't even notice they gave me moldy slices, how am I supposed to believe the rest of the food didn't get dropped, or soiled, or anything at some point?

See how thin is the bag

The food taste is okay, is great, but the plastic bag they use for put the food for carry out , the plastic is very thin did you guy can imagine thin plastic bag how strong is? Put 3 bowl , i almost drops the food in parking lot just a few step from the restaurant door, so need very carefully when buy the food here , need bring own plastic bag, look like the owner of Waba Grill so stingy with plastic bag

Place was super dirty, food was okay, guy dropped salad and picked up up off of the floor and set it with the other salads to be sold. Watched this employee, with no gloves, dig through food after taking my money. No sanitizer used or hand washing. Went from the cash to the food no gloves. It's not his fault I'm sure it's the employer's but it was so disgusting I couldn't even eat my food after tasting it and thinking about how nasty the experience was. 9/24/22. Also I work across the street and my food was Luke warm ... so the chicken and rice was not fresh at all. Just disgusting, but the employee was handsome so that gives them a star. 1 star rating

Free dumplings w/ customer satisfaction survey after each visit.
    Jerry F.

This Waba Grill is almost invisible from the outside since it's tucked into the side of the Wiltern and not well lit from the sidewalk but it's actually quite spacious and clean inside, unlike the McDonald's a block away. The employees are all very friendly, above and beyond the norm for fast food and will accommodate special requests without the usual hint of annoyance. Portion sizing is reasonable! It's a great value if you come frequently (as I do, since I work from home across the street). The reason for that is they have a generous stamp card program -- you get a free bowl after 10 bowls! In addition, you can stack this with the Waba Grill app rewards, where you get a free bowl after $120 spent. And finally, you can get a free side of dumplings for filling out the customer satisfaction survey after each visit.

WaBa Bowl w/ brown rice & veggies

A solid place to grab a quick and healthy meal before catching a show at the Wiltern. It's basically a teriyaki chicken/beef/salmon over rice & veg joint... kind of like a Flame Broiler, kind of like a Yoshinoya, but different. You can't go wrong with a chicken & veg bowl over white (or brown) rice. It's not the most exciting meal in the world, but it's filling and you don't feel bad afterwards. There are plenty of condiments to jazz it up (green onions, picked jalapeños & carrots, sriracha, teriyaki sauce, etc). Service is super friendly and restrooms are clean. A bowl and drink will run you about $10-$12 bucks. Plenty of seating inside but ambiance is non-existent. It's really is just a pit stop to fuel up!

This does NOT taste like salmon. It taste like Tuna.
    Jai B.

The Salmon taste like tuna. Like they made a tuna pattie and shaped it like salmon. This is the worse salmon I ever had. The shrimp bowl was decent but nothing special. I ask for opinion and they have me a bag of onion.

Waba Plate (Chicken + Steak). So tender and delicious.
    Daniel J.

Came back here for the first time in 6 months and it tastes better than the last time. While I ordered chicken last time, I decided to go with chicken and steak combo. I can tell you that their meat quality is much better than expected from a franchise place. While expecting dry meat as that's what you usually get from fast food chains, it's tender -both chicken Parking should not be a problem, either, as you can validate it once you park at Ralph's parking lot right next door.. You can't ask for more than that in this busy town!!!

Here is what I had in my steak wrap at Waba on western and Wilshire

I have been to…read moreplenty of In-N-Out spots and for some reason this one just tastes better every single time, even though technically it is the same menu. The burgers here are always so fresh, hot, and satisfying. One thing people should know is that there are off-menu customizations, and that is the best way to order if you already know what you like. I never do the regular double because it is just not enough for me. I usually order two 3x3 burgers. One I get with no onion, and the second I do even simpler with no onion, no lettuce, and no tomato, so it is basically just the bun, cheese, and three patties. I always ask for extra spread too because that is a must. Usually I get two spreads per burger and one extra for the fries, so my full meal comes with five spreads and I use every single one. What also makes this location stand out is how well they handle the crowds. It is always busy, but they have so many employees working that the line keeps moving fast and the whole place stays organized. Even when it looks packed, service is efficient and seating usually works out fine if you just pay attention and grab a table as people leave. For such a high-volume location, they do a really good job keeping things moving. Love In-N-Out, always will, and this Hollywood location is the one I keep coming back to. Easy 5 stars.

The dubia strawberry cup? Delicious too, don't get me wrong. Now I know what you're thinkin' -- "Nina, then why in the world is this only four stars?" Well I'll tell you why, sweetheart. Because that little ol' dub strawberry cup costs TWENTY DOLLARS for about five strawberries and a prayer. That's robbery with a smile. The shawarma, though, was priced just fine at thirteen bucks -- I was full after five bites, and that don't happen by accident at my age. But twenty dollars for a handful of strawberries? I wasn't born yesterday, just before nonsense. Still, I marched right back into bingo loud and proud and told Angus I spent twenty dollars on dubia strawberries -- which means I clearly have more money than her, 'cause she probably found hers in the trash. So I reckon that's a win-win. All in all, it's a great place -- tasty as can be, just a bit overpriced.
