I'm not getting paid to manage you, that is your MANAGER's job. I'm paying you for a service I am not getting, most of the time. This location gets my order wrong so often, I'm convinced it's by design to make the numbers look good. The manager gets away with it because ALL YOU SYCOPHANTS refuse to under-rate them when YOUR order doesn't go as planned. Most of America gets away with subpar service because a significant proportion of the Public can't be bothered to report or refuse to report so they can feel part of the In-N-Out Burger Cult. I order the same meal every time, with two fries and I only get one. They're often stale and resemble classic potato chips. I order a strawberry or vanilla shake and half of it is blended with chocolate. The burger is just meh at this point, nothing special, somewhat dry and small. But if I actually 'get my food' then at least I haven't been robbed of my money! The owner is an entitled billionaire who left the state because she didn't want to pay (literally) pocket change to the government to make our lives better. The lobby was closed, and customers were expected to sit outside in the extreme heat. The manager informed customers that the lobby was closed but did not provide any explanation as to why as there was no construction going on and the tables were clean, with nothing wrong with them. There were children and elderly customers outside, and I was also working with an adult with autism at the time. I found it extremely concerning and unprofessional that customers were left outside in those conditions while the restaurant continued serving people. I understand that there may be operational reasons for closing the lobby, but customer safety should still be a priority, especially during extreme weather. On top of bad customer service- service was slow. The Texas Toast was fresh, but not warm at all and boring in taste. The Coleslaw was awesome and tasted great. If you like cold and creamy slaw, you'll love this side. I have been to this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen years ago, when I used to work in Hollywood. Actually three times. Those were before the Yelp years. They have many different options of drinks, dessert (churros and apple pie). Also, different options of chicken. I ordered their Classic 4 piece dark meat (2 legs & 2 thighs), a small coleslaw, 2 biscuits, a small rice mixed in with beans and no drink. Stayed with my own water. The 2nd biscuit substituted for the drink. Also got some fries at the bottom of my chicken, and 2 orders on top.. in addition to my order. 1 breast and one wing. Food came out hot, crispy & fresh. It wasn't too salty, nor was it too greasy. Didn't take long for my food to come out. Literally 5 minutes. I timed it, also got 4 sauces. Restaurant was very clean, and there was another employee sweeping outside as I walked in. It wasn't even dirty. When it comes to the food, my Fettuccine Alfredo was...okay, I guess. Quality and portion amount always seems to vary quite a bit from location to location of Olive Gardens. For this location, they seem to be more towards the side of skimping out on the portion size and having a little bit too watery of a sauce for pastas such as the Alfredo. The salad was also just okay, with a lot of yellow lettuce. I wanted to try this place out and give them the benefit of the doubt about the "overcharge" issues referenced in other, older reviews. I thought maybe things had changed in the past few years. However, I was overcharged by almost $8. (If it was like $1 or $2, I wouldn't care, and would write it off as a mistake) And I know for a fact it wasn't an automatic tip being added to the total because that would have been a tip of 50%, which is far out of the ordinary. I only noticed the overcharge on the receipt once I got home. I always tip at restaurants. I say: if you have enough money to go out to eat, you have enough for a gratuity towards the people taking care to prepare your food. But I feel extremely cheated that I overpaid 150% for my order and then tipped 18% on top of it. I have never been anywhere where I had to double-check the receipt after I ordered -- so I didn't think to while I was there. You just trust that the cashier, (especially if you're ordering only 2 items) will total them correctly and honestly for you. How low to take advantage of people's trust and goodwill like that. I want to add that there was only one other person in there when I got there, who already had their food and so I wasn't there during some big, confusing rush. I've worked in food service for years, I know how it can be. I have the utmost empathy for it. But it was not a mistake. Take a look at the picture. The receipt only says the (incorrect) total, so that you can't have a breakdown of your items to prove your real total. That's very convenient for them. My real total should have been $14.44 (thai tea (4.49) + egg rolls (9.95)) and my receipt total was $21.84 before I tipped $3.93 on top of that. If this is due to their menu prices not being updated on the menu he handed me, then that is also an extremely shady way to take advantage of people. Make them think they're affording one thing while secretly charging much more. This is unacceptable behavior from a business. As for the actual food? The egg rolls had a nice sweet & sour sauce. The thai tea was good. But it was not worth a total of $25 being cheated. Where's the morality? What about the people living paycheck-to-paycheck, wanting to help support a small, local business? No good deed goes unpunished, I guess. A huge part of restaurants is the community-building and connecting that happens inside. I cannot believe a business would treat their customers this way, and I feel so stupid for not heeding the previous reviews' warnings. Please heed mine.

The moment we walked in, the staff handed us menus, and we saw the soccer match playing on the TV--felt like we were in someone's home, in the best way. We ordered a variety of dishes to share: Tom Yum Soup, Papaya Salad, Pad See Ew, Crispy Pork Belly, and white rice served in the cutest rice pot. The Tom Yum came out bubbling in a traditional hot pot, loaded with shrimp, fish, and clams. Bright, herbal, and tangy--such a refreshing way to kick things off. The Pad See Ew was rich and savory, but it was the crispy pork belly that truly stole the show. Perfectly crunchy, nestled in a garlicky soy glaze with tender greens--drizzle that over a scoop of white rice and you're golden. Even though the Papaya Salad came out at the end, it was still a welcome mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy to wrap things up. Service was kind and low-key, exactly what you'd expect from a place where the focus is clearly on the food. Every plate felt homemade and honest.
