This used to be a go-to place to eat, but DAMN! I did not expect this store to lose itself. The meat is just bland and rubbery. The only thing that gave this food flavor is the Waba sauce. I have ordered the chicken bowl and trust me, it did not taste like it. And the broccoli is not fresh as it is wilting and looks dry. The two girls working were very rude and one was walking with her mask down the entire time. They were too focused on cleaning rather than just helping me so I can leave. Horrible customer service. Waited 35 minutes for my order, which would have been understandable had everyone been working. There were 3 employees there. Only 1 was working. The male employee too busy standing there laughing and showing one of the females his social media to help get orders out. He literally did NOTHING for the entire time I was there. Racist black guy at the register, ive been to this place 5 times, the first time the guy at the register asked how he could help, I told him I was picking up an order, he said ok, went back to playing with the register, 10+minutes later I went to check why the 1 plate was taking so long, turns out he flat out ignored me and just pretend to help me, he never printed the receipt for the order to be made or told anyone the order was being picked up. The next 2 times I stood there for 5 minutes he never address me, just played with the register then went and hid to the back, the cook had to come help me. The last time again he flat out refused to acknowledge my presence, I was there at the register for 3 minutes, he never looked up, wtf is he doing in the register for 3 minutes that won't let him look up? One star is still to much of a start for night shift! Had to wait 30 min for my food to be ready. Apparently the chicken was grilling. Cashier said it would be a 15 min wait. Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to wait she processed by payment ether way! I'll never come here to eat again. What's the point of it being called fast food! Ordered at 7 and left at 9. Only one employee was working when I ordered, took over an hour for another employee to work. Poor management. Other customers left due to the wait, without food and without refund. My food was overcooked, dumpling were completely black, chicken and steak were burnt. A great alternative to Flame Broiler. Still wish these guys had sriracha. No worries. I brought my own! They also offer avocado now, a nice touch. The store is at the end of a strip mall and the winds in Hesperia can be high so park on the north side near Weinerschnitzel to prevent door dings. I got the chicken bowl with white rice and veggies. This place is so unorganized! We come here at least 3 times a week and it seems the service is getting worse. I just came from there right now and waited 20 minutes for 1 bowl and when I decided to asked how much longer because I seen and heard them just standing there discussing their work schedule with each other the bowl had been sitting on the counter and the guy said oh well it's still warm. I got the steak and chicken plate and asked for half white rice and half brown rice so I can try both. a little too much sauce on the steak side, turned out a bit salty so ask for sauce on side if you can, white rice also good not great (I'm from southwestern Asia where white rice is on the side of nearly every meal so pretty picky with that) I liked the chicken and brown rice most, side salad was good, sweet dressing on it already, fresh and crisp. read more

Our first visit & we were a bit disappointed in the food. We both ordered plates & neither got a cup of fruit as shown, just a single slice of orange. Salmon was good with the brown rice. Found one piece of chewy meat in the steak plate, oh & if they ask if you want avocado they aren't being polite, it's extra! Missed that somehow...Biggest issue was the sun! It's the desert...buy blinds or shades! The sun was horrible shining in & off the tables as well as beating on us as we ate. It's 7:30 PM, I shouldn't need sunglasses inside! Hands down the worst Waba Grill we have ever been to. The beef tastes unlike any Waba we have ever eaten at... full of slimy gristly fat. I dont see how it can be healthy and its terrible tasting. The chicken only slightly better.. still full of fat and skin. The rice tasted old. Mine came with a salad... completely dry lettuce. No, no obe offered any dressing. They also gave me a slice of orange, which I have enjoyed at other Wabas we've gone to. This one looked ready for the trash. Needless to say.. we will not be going back. These are just my opinions. Very disappointed with this location. Placed a phone order for a salmon veggi bowl, no rice only veggies. The employee repeated my order over the phone so I know they heard it right. They gave me rice in my bowl and my salmon was a mangled up piece of rubber... wayyyy overcooked. Everyone should go to the waba on main by super target, i've never had an issue with the food at that one. read more

My Family and I enjoy Waba Grill when we are on a go and not in the mood for a burger, So we have a couple of location we can go to but have Never been and Never Will Come to this Location Again!!! This one was very unclean countertop dirty and floors dirty fountain drink machine out of order. I should of went with my gut and go to another location. I went to order the Steak and chicken bowl and was Told by the Young man that he is Sorry They are out of Steak and the Steak that they have left is for online orders only. He said he was told by his Manager.Okay fine ordered 2 Chicken bowls 1 with Veggies and other without. Took it home opened them up and 1 bowl was ok but the other with Veggies had Just Leftover Chicken Scraps. COME ON NOW NO STEAK AND NOW JUST CHICKEN SCRAPS. I had to give half of mine to my husband so he can have chicken. That night I felt Very Sorry for my Husband because he was left with a Bad Stomach Ache and had to take ALOT of Pepto. So beware, Open your food first before you leave No Better Yet. GO to a different Location. Almost forgot asked for Seasame seeds and Onion. I tried to call for 10 minutes nobody answered, I get here and one person went in ahead of me, other than that there's 8 employees wandering around with headphones on staring at us while it took 3 employees to take 1 mans order, which was enough in itself as he bit picked through all the pricing and masks for another 5 minutes. When I finally order they inform me they can't take $50 or $100 bills, but they we're definitely ok with the $20 the man before me pulled out of his butt crack and gave them. So I went and got them exact change and waited another 15 minutes for 2 things while everybody that came in after me came and left. The employees are a waste and so is this place. Management needs to step up, I know there wasn't this many employees here with no management, meanwhile I'm listening to their employees conversation about what amber did while I still continue to wait for my fucking food. read more
