Food was delicious and service were excellent Adrian had the best customer service overall I enjoyed

This was my first time eating at this location, and I wasn't disappointed. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Service is extremely quick. The interior is clean, and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They seem to get fairly busy, but it isn't overly loud. Restrooms are available. They have a private lot, so parking is not an issue. There is a drive-thru as well, which seems to move quickly. The food is great as always. Everything comes out piping hot and flavorful. Portions and prices are fair - I'm always satisfied when I eat at Cane's. Tip from a friend: mix the Cane's sauce with the Louisiana hot sauce is you want a kick but still want the traditional sauce's flavor. 10/10 recommend for a reliable, no-fuss fast food option. read more

Raising Canes - The 3 Finger Combo - Fast Food Near Me - Hesperia, California

Hot crispy chicken with Canes sauce and fries?! Yes please! Raising Canes in Hesperia is a well oiled machine that dishes out glorious crispy chicken paired with coleslaw, canes sauce, fries, and toast. It is simple yet delicious and made perfect every time. Despite the long lines (because it's good) Canes does a very good job at training their staff to get people in and out and their orders correct and hot in a timely fashion. Everyone was very friendly and we had hot food to go very fast. The prices however are not that of a fast food place, it is expensive...talk about sticker shock! The food is worth the price but don't expect it to be cheap. We went through the drive thru but the inside looked beautifully and festively decorated and very inviting. We would have been more than happy to eat inside. This raising Canes is well run and offers yummy food for any chicken lover. read more

How cheap can you be??? Ordered 4 piece combo....1 sauce, extras have to pay for. Chic-Fila as many as you want no extra charge. Wife orders 4 piece alone , no sauce, have pay extra. Guess what...order cancelled. Never again going to Raising canes. Good way to lose customers. Ketchup is free , hot sauce is free , but the one sauce you really want read more

Double check your order when coming to this location. I ordered the Caniac and got a 3 finger combo . Pretty wacky

Used to really like raising canes but I feel Like they've really gone down hill since they opened, ordered two chicken sandwich combos today first one had old wilted lettuce on it that had to be taken off Second one had barely any fries compared to what they used to give, very disappointing for a 30 minute drive and $25 read more

Go when Diane and her crew are working. She was super attentive to the big group we brought in. (ATP class) The food came out hot and well prepared. She was also making sure the employee she trained was keeping the place organized and clean. Thank you Diane(: read more

This location is the worst I've been two last three times it's been ridiculously salty and they give me a small little handful of fries I'll be going to the other location from now on disappointing never had this issue with any other location. read more

Its alright, the chicken has no seasoning but the toast and cane's sauce are good. The lemonade is not bad either.

I've been a Canes fan since before they had locations in California. I used to go to the locations in Las Vegas. Those are the good experiences I've had with Canes. I was excited to have one next to home but they are really stingy on the portioning. I used to be satisfied with the amount and now it seems like I need to order 2 $15 dollar 3 finger meals to be satisfied. read more

Raising Canes - LOL, this is the 3 finger combo, look how small the chicken fingers are with barely any fries. Sadly this has happened a few times. - Fast Food Near Me - Hesperia, California

Raising Cane's has opened in HESPERIA two days ago. Yeah! We got a chance to check it out yesterday evening. The drive-thru line was very long. It had to be directed by security which was a good thing otherwise it would have been chaos LOL. We walked in to place our order instead... glad we did. There were a couple people ahead of us. Strangely enough, there were 3 cash registers, but only one was open. I have to say there is barely enough room to stand to get in line after entry to the restaurant. They have some tables and chairs right in front of the ordering area. Imagine if people were sitting there and eating, we would be invading their space or vice versa LOL. They need to rearrange those tables and chairs to give some breathing room. We ordered The Caniac Combo. Surprisingly, it came out fairly quickly which was a good thing. The chicken tenders and its special sauce were very delicious, but appeared smaller than usual. The fries were not crispy enough and there's no flavor to them. They need to be cooked a little bit longer. The coleslaw was good, but not enough slaw and it was too drenched. The bread was very tasty and buttery, but again it appeared smaller than usual. Not sure what's going with the size, but they used to be bigger. Sweet tea was decent, but we didn't see Charlie Brown and Woodstock on the cup! What's up with that? LOL Staff was pleasant and helpful. Price was a tad steep IMHO. It was a $15+ combo. The quantity was lacking. Unfortunately, I don't think we got the value for our money. Anyway, give Raising Cane's a try when you're in the High Desert area. I'm sure it'll be a big hit for the travellers along Fwy 15. Happy Chicken Tendering! read more

Quality isn't there, I been to other raising canes locations and they been better. Hesperia location is just trash

Paid $28 for two meals and on both meals there was hardly any fries, they gave me the wrong soda twice, I'm more upset that they are being greedy with the fries now. Not like it was before when they would give you a load of fries not worth almost $30 just for two meals. read more

My husband really like canes and being in the Victorville area, this is the only Canes there is. This is the only location I've ever been to that there's always something off about the food. I've had cold and old food and EVERY time they do not toast the toast. I know these are little things when you think of fast food but it's annoying that it's every time especially when fast food should be consistent wherever you go. read more

Food is just as good as other locations. Parking lot and drive thru are busy like you would expect from new location. Only issue was there was a plastic container of food sitting on the floor near the fryer. Doesn't seem sanitary especially when they wheel trashcan past it twice. Please train your staff of food saftey. read more

Raising Canes is always a good idea. The food and service were excellent. It had a lovely atmosphere and was spotless.

I'm really sad that they stopped doing the free boxed dinner when obtaining a rewards card. I've spent so much money with this company not knowing they had this program so was very excited when I joined. I literally joined a week after they stopped doing it yet online it still says they do it. Forget a boxed dinner even a free drink to become a rewards member would be nice. So many other places offer something which I greatly appreciate. And I've read many complaints that their rewards program is actually not even worth it. You accumulate points and receive nada except on bdays a free drink. As expensive as their meals are it would be nice for points to actually earn something. read more

This is my second time dinning in at this location, it is very difficult to enjoy your meal when the AC is on blast, and the fans are on. Sometimes I am fascinated by restaurants that serve a single signature item. I like the chicken tenders here. My usual order is the Caniac Combo. It is six chicken fingers, plenty to share or have as two meals. The chicken fingers were a good size and comes with coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries, and a Texas toast. There is an option to change the coleslaw to another side item, such as an extra toast, if you like. This option would be good if one wanted to make a sandwich with the chicken fingers. The signature Cane Sauce, which is a tangy, mildly spicier version of thousand island dressing without the pickle relish, goes well with the chicken. It makes a good dipping sauce for the fries. The fries were very good when hot but are very average once they have cooled. It would be a matter of timing if you get a fresh batch. Cole slaw was crispy and not too sweet. I have their unsweetened fresh brewed iced tea with the combo which tastes very good and was refreshing. Service is quick and efficient while using the drive-thru since there is an order taker out there. read more

Every time I come they're quick with my order and tenders are always fresh.. I always come back.

Soooooooo over hyped. If you think the chicken is good here try it without the sauce. The chicken is BLAND. The only thing good here is the bread and the fries. I'm glad I tried it and can mark it off my list. read more

Chicken fingers combo meal here is excellent. Strips are meaty and flavorful, fries come out a little white and soft but are ok like that, coleslaw is average and toast is tasty. Where they cut corners is by watering down the drinks. Fountain sodas and lemonade were both weak and not worth drinking. Very disappointing, otherwise I would give 5 stars. read more

It was ok, the fries were a little soggy not sure if its cus I took them to go and got that way along the way but still no flavor just plane. Chicken is good and the sauce that comes with it, its more like thousand island.... It be nice if they had a hot spicy chicken. The "hot sauce" in a packet is not hot at all for those who like real hot spicy food its more like a tangy flavor, kinda like the original buffalo wild wings sauce. I was expecting more for the price but now i know to me personally its not worth it. But you guys decide for yourself, and by hot i mean you at least eat habanero sauce on a daily basis just as a reference. read more

Gave it 2 tries at 2 different locations. Don't know what all the hype is about. LIMITED menu , Food is always cold & very bland. Chicken pieces are small considering the extreme price you pay . Fries undercooked , Texas toast is not Texas size. Sodas full of ice with minimal soda. Employees nice but their brains are elsewhere. Charged me at this location, but then said it didn't process , even thru my bank said it did process. While sitting in the drive thru the Manager refused to give me my food unless I paid again. Their obstinate and poor service caused a major log jam and traffic back up in their own drive thru . How's that for speedy service? Both transactions processed and now I'm gonna have to go fight to get my refund. The website has pages and pages about how great the owner/founder is. To bad his food and service sucks. 2 stars is a gift. Save your MONEY and time and go somewhere else. Raising Caines Sucks . read more

I first had their food in Las Vegas Nevada a few years ago. Every time my wife and I went to Nevada, we made sure we stopped by and had Raising Cane's. The pieces of chicken fingers were thick and meaty. Overall it was a great eating experience, which is why we kept coming back. So when I found out they were building one in Hesperia, I was overjoyed. But this was based on the memories I had from Las Vegas. My wife and I got the four piece combo, (thinking it would be too much food and we would be able to have some later). When we got home and I opened the container, I thought maybe I had stopped at Jack-in-the-Box or maybe McDonald's. In all sincerity, it looked like a kids meal from Jack-in-the-Box. I just spent over $11 and felt that I did not get what I paid for. Needless to say, my wife and I will not return to Raising Cane's. read more

I wanted to try this place out because it is new and close to my work. Compared to the other locations this place was not good. For some reason the chicken tenders were small but if you go to other locations they are actually good sizes. The fries were very cold and less salty. All the other locations such as Ontario and LA have good fries and chicken so not sure what happened with this location. I would not really recommend going here, but I would probably recommend the other locations. read more

Delicious, crispy, and juicy! Consistently cooked. Great sauce. Friendly staff. I love everything about Raising Cane's except feeling like I am being nickel and dimed for every little thing. I ordered chicken fingers by themselves and was told the sauce doesn't come with them, only if you get the combo. That makes no sense. If I ordered fries by themselves, then I don't get ketchup unless I pay for it? No. Also, 4 or more fingers should come with 2 sauces, without paying extra. You should not have to pay for the sauce...period!!! Especially if you are only getting 1 or 2 per order. And then there's the issue of the lemonade. If you order the combo, you can't get lemonade without paying extra. Tea or soda only. Like I said, I don't like being nickel and dimed for every little thing. It really takes away from the pleasure of my experience at Raising Cane's. There are very few restaurants that charge you for their sauces with their food. If you want extra, more than normal, then I get it. read more

We went here the first time couple weeks ago. We were excited to try a new chicken place. Was pretty disappointed. You honestly need the sauce for the chicken tenders, without the sauce you can taste how plain and flavorless the chicken tenders really are. It's pretty pricey for some chicken tenders. The only thing we liked was the garlic bread. Hopefully they will improve and flavor better the chicken tenders. read more
