This was my first time eating at this location, and I wasn't disappointed. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Service is extremely quick. The interior is clean, and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They seem to get fairly busy, but it isn't overly loud. Restrooms are available. They have a private lot, so parking is not an issue. There is a drive-thru as well, which seems to move quickly. The food is great as always. Everything comes out piping hot and flavorful. Portions and prices are fair - I'm always satisfied when I eat at Cane's. Tip from a friend: mix the Cane's sauce with the Louisiana hot sauce is you want a kick but still want the traditional sauce's flavor. 10/10 recommend for a reliable, no-fuss fast food option. read more

Raising Canes in Hesperia is a well oiled machine that dishes out glorious crispy chicken paired with coleslaw, canes sauce, fries, and toast. It is simple yet delicious and made perfect every time. Despite the long lines (because it's good) Canes does a very good job at training their staff to get people in and out and their orders correct and hot in a timely fashion. Everyone was very friendly and we had hot food to go very fast. The prices however are not that of a fast food place, it is expensive...talk about sticker shock! The food is worth the price but don't expect it to be cheap. We went through the drive thru but the inside looked beautifully and festively decorated and very inviting. Raising Cane's has opened in HESPERIA two days ago. Yeah! We got a chance to check it out yesterday evening. The drive-thru line was very long. It had to be directed by security which was a good thing otherwise it would have been chaos LOL. We walked in to place our order instead... glad we did. There were a couple people ahead of us. Strangely enough, there were 3 cash registers, but only one was open. I have to say there is barely enough room to stand to get in line after entry to the restaurant. They have some tables and chairs right in front of the ordering area. Imagine if people were sitting there and eating, we would be invading their space or vice versa LOL. They need to rearrange those tables and chairs to give some breathing room. We ordered The Caniac Combo. Surprisingly, it came out fairly quickly which was a good thing. The chicken tenders and its special sauce were very delicious, but appeared smaller than usual. The fries were not crispy enough and there's no flavor to them. They need to be cooked a little bit longer. The coleslaw was good, but not enough slaw and it was too drenched. The bread was very tasty and buttery, but again it appeared smaller than usual. Not sure what's going with the size, but they used to be bigger. Sweet tea was decent, but we didn't see Charlie Brown and Woodstock on the cup! What's up with that? LOL Staff was pleasant and helpful. Price was a tad steep IMHO. It was a $15+ combo. The quantity was lacking. Unfortunately, I don't think we got the value for our money. My husband really like canes and being in the Victorville area, this is the only Canes there is. This is the only location I've ever been to that there's always something off about the food. I've had cold and old food and EVERY time they do not toast the toast. Raising Canes is always a good idea. The food and service were excellent. It had a lovely atmosphere and was spotless.

Food is just as good as other locations. Parking lot and drive thru are busy like you would expect from new location. Only issue was there was a plastic container of food sitting on the floor near the fryer. Doesn't seem sanitary especially when they wheel trashcan past it twice. I'm really sad that they stopped doing the free boxed dinner when obtaining a rewards card. I've spent so much money with this company not knowing they had this program so was very excited when I joined. I literally joined a week after they stopped doing it yet online it still says they do it. Forget a boxed dinner even a free drink to become a rewards member would be nice. So many other places offer something which I greatly appreciate. And I've read many complaints that their rewards program is actually not even worth it. You accumulate points and receive nada except on bdays a free drink. As expensive as their meals are it would be nice for points to actually earn something. read more

Sometimes I am fascinated by restaurants that serve a single signature item. I like the chicken tenders here. My usual order is the Caniac Combo. It is six chicken fingers, plenty to share or have as two meals. The chicken fingers were a good size and comes with coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries, and a Texas toast. There is an option to change the coleslaw to another side item, such as an extra toast, if you like. This option would be good if one wanted to make a sandwich with the chicken fingers. The signature Cane Sauce, which is a tangy, mildly spicier version of thousand island dressing without the pickle relish, goes well with the chicken. It makes a good dipping sauce for the fries. The fries were very good when hot but are very average once they have cooled. It would be a matter of timing if you get a fresh batch. Cole slaw was crispy and not too sweet. I have their unsweetened fresh brewed iced tea with the combo which tastes very good and was refreshing. Service is quick and efficient while using the drive-thru since there is an order taker out there. read more

Delicious, crispy, and juicy! Consistently cooked. Great sauce. Friendly staff. I love everything about Raising Cane's except feeling like I am being nickel and dimed for every little thing. I ordered chicken fingers by themselves and was told the sauce doesn't come with them, only if you get the combo. That makes no sense. If I ordered fries by themselves, then I don't get ketchup unless I pay for it? No. Also, 4 or more fingers should come with 2 sauces, without paying extra. You should not have to pay for the sauce...period!!! Especially if you are only getting 1 or 2 per order. And then there's the issue of the lemonade. If you order the combo, you can't get lemonade without paying extra. Tea or soda only. Like I said, I don't like being nickel and dimed for every little thing. It really takes away from the pleasure of my experience at Raising Cane's. There are very few restaurants that charge you for their sauces with their food. If you want extra, more than normal, then I get it. read more

Chicken is good and the sauce that comes with it, its more like thousand island.... It be nice if they had a hot spicy chicken. The "hot sauce" in a packet is not hot at all for those who like real hot spicy food its more like a tangy flavor, kinda like the original buffalo wild wings sauce. Gave it 2 tries at 2 different locations. Don't know what all the hype is about. LIMITED menu , Food is always cold & very bland. Chicken pieces are small considering the extreme price you pay . Fries undercooked , Texas toast is not Texas size. Sodas full of ice with minimal soda. Employees nice but their brains are elsewhere. Charged me at this location, but then said it didn't process , even thru my bank said it did process. While sitting in the drive thru the Manager refused to give me my food unless I paid again. Their obstinate and poor service caused a major log jam and traffic back up in their own drive thru . How's that for speedy service? Both transactions processed and now I'm gonna have to go fight to get my refund. The website has pages and pages about how great the owner/founder is. I first had their food in Las Vegas Nevada a few years ago. Every time my wife and I went to Nevada, we made sure we stopped by and had Raising Cane's. The pieces of chicken fingers were thick and meaty. Overall it was a great eating experience, which is why we kept coming back. So when I found out they were building one in Hesperia, I was overjoyed. But this was based on the memories I had from Las Vegas. My wife and I got the four piece combo, (thinking it would be too much food and we would be able to have some later). When we got home and I opened the container, I thought maybe I had stopped at Jack-in-the-Box or maybe McDonald's. In all sincerity, it looked like a kids meal from Jack-in-the-Box. You honestly need the sauce for the chicken tenders, without the sauce you can taste how plain and flavorless the chicken tenders really are. It's pretty pricey for some chicken tenders. this is the worst place ever, my boyfriend used to work here for a year and a half, and the managers would treat him like crap all the time. They discriminated his, accused him of sexual harassment by a manager he never really talked to, always tried to get him in trouble for no reason, all just to try to get him to quit. Never in my life have I heard so many horrible things that managers have done to employees until my boyfriend started working here. 1 year on him being treated badly by Managment at this store. It is very disappointing that these managers get away with treating their employees like this and nothing is ever done to them. Definitely do not recommend working here. All the other locations such as Ontario and LA have good fries and chicken so not sure what happened with this location.
