The store is brand new, very nice and clean. It is a fast food counter service store that has a small dining area with few tables and a drive thru (for those on the go, more convenient option). The staff is very friendly and very quick too, we didn't wait too long for our food to come out. They have THE BEST cheesesteak in town. Their cheesesteaks are always fresh and delicious, very flavorful and they use high quality ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference. We have ordered: a chicken cheesesteak combo, boneless wings and bacon chipotle cheesesteak. Whatever you order on the menu, you cannot go wrong. All of their cheesesteaks are juicy and flavorful! As a unique combination you can experience Sbarro (next door inside the Conoco gas station) which is also brand new store recently opened. We have tried their pizza, bread sticks and Stromboli's. It was delicious and tasted fresh, because they hand made their dough fresh every day. We highly recommend it, if you are passing by and want some freshly made and delicious quick lunch.

Even after paying extra for additional meat, the sandwich looked almost identical to a regular order. It definitely didn't seem like I received the extra portion that I paid for. When customers pay an upcharge for extra meat, they expect to see and taste a noticeable difference. Instead, I was left feeling like I spent more money without getting the value I was promised. I've enjoyed your food before, which is why this experience was so frustrating. I hope you'll look into your portioning standards to make sure customers receive what they're paying for. I would appreciate you making this right and ensuring this doesn't happen again in the future.

However, there's one issue that I really don't understand: the chicken is often so hot that the Styrofoam container actually melts. I've noticed this more than once, and it makes me concerned about what may be transferring from the melted packaging into the food. If the food is hot enough to melt the container, why hasn't Cane's changed to a packaging material that can safely handle the temperature? I really like Cane's, but this is frustrating. Am I supposed to bring my own food container every time if I don't want to worry about potential exposure to chemicals from heated Styrofoam? I hope the company seriously considers switching to heat-safe, food-grade packaging. The food is great -- the packaging should be, too.

We saw it on a Shark Tank episode, so we thought we'd give it a try. The bathroom needed attention. It was out of toilet seat covers. They had trash all over the bathroom floor. I watched 3 employees go in there. I went to see. No one picked it up. It looks like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in forever. Ew! There were nasty looking rags on the floor around this big industrial air conditioner. It was very unappetizing. Then, why do we have junk chairs and basically garbage just stacked against the wall? Who owns this place and why are we okay with that? By the way, the wet floor around that is a hazard. The kitchen aesthetically looked awful and amateur. In the main dining room there are boxes stacked that contain cooking oil. I'd never bring anyone here if I had out of town guests. It's embarrassing. They were even out of lids for drinks. Who does the ordering? Is there even a manager? My kids have all worked fast food, and I'm glad they didn't get their training at a place like this. It has so much potential. Perhaps, all of this is why we only saw one other customer the whole time we were in there. Sad establishment. I'd only go back maybe because of the food and service. Do better!

Ruby's has a good sized menu with a decent variety of food. They also offer delicious looking milkshakes that I hope to try next time we come in. For this visit, I had the 4 Tenders Basket which was a massive portion. The tenders were delicious and sizable, ample fries filled the basket, and there was a delicious piece of cheesy toast. This absolutely could've been shared between two people; as it was, I gave my husband 1 of my tenders and half my fries because I just couldn't finish it. My husband was also extremely full from the delicious Street Dog he ordered. We were both very satisfied with our meals, particularly the price point and portion size. We'll be back soon, next time to share a tender basket and a milkshake!

This is very much a grab-and-go style restaurant, which is fine because the to-go bags they provide are so cute and they're reusable! The bags are like a bigger version of Molly Tea's drink bags, for reference. If you want to eat inside, they offer 2 high tables with 2-person seating. I ordered the KFC bites (mild), waffle fries, and added a Mac Salad out of curiosity since I like macaroni salad in general. The KFC bites were amazing! Perfectly crispy, not dry inside at all, and a good amount of seasoning/spice caked throughout. I would say their mild level is comparable to mild at Dave's Hot Chicken. The fries were decent--they were also nice and crispy, but they were a bit salty for my taste. Lastly, the mac salad was pretty good. It's not as savory as Hawaiian mac salad, but the subtle flavor serves as a nice palate cleanser after the chicken and fries. As a side note, their Hencredible sauce serves as a good pairing with their chicken, and I'd like to come back to try the sweet chili sauce. The portion sizes for everything were good for the price as well--I can definitely get two meals out of this. Overall, I had a great meal from here and I'll probably come back to try their version of Taiwanese popcorn chicken.
