Disappointed with this experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and the chicken arrived burnt and overcooked. I was also missing items I paid for, including a side of noodles and a chicken egg roll. On top of that, the portions for two large bowls were extremely small for the price. This location is not cheap, so the quality and portion size did not match the cost. I've had much better experiences at the Maryland Parkway location, which made this especially frustrating. read more

Food is tasty ordered the mad spicy chicken 4 times in 2 weeks but they all differed in spice level each time, guessing on who's doing the cooking. I use the app I can do pick ups quickly but they do not service mobile orders in the drive through and want you to walk in to pick up your order. That doesn't make sense to me personally. Don't waste your time! Ordered on the app, pick up time was 5:30. Arrived at the drive thru pick up at 5:28 behind a white truck. After waiting 20 minutes behind the truck I called the store. Called 3 times before someone answered. I told him I've been here 20 minutes, I need to get going. He said you can go if you want. I asked how to escape, curb on 1 side and a vehicle behind me. I love teriyaki madness, been a big fan for a long time, but stopped by while in the area at this location and wow. I have been left so sad and hungry. My go to order is a large bowl with double protein and it's not cheap so I expect left full and satisfied. I was not. The portion was horrible, the noodles were wet, soggy, and flavorless. The chicken was very badly cooked and the oranges chicken was burnt, I'm glad I had broccoli on the side because you can't really mess that up. The service was very friendly and nice but the cooking is just downright awful. Overall the place was clean and very nice setup but nobody really cares about anything if the food is not good. If I had two visits like this I would probably never go to teriyaki again. read more

I don't recommend this location. They turn the grills off an hour before they're supposed to close. What type of place does that? I've come here three times an hour or an hour and a half before they close and they say that oh we're out of breast meat and the grill's already shut off. It's absolutely ridiculous that you would start closing and cleaning up so early. I used to love coming to teriyaki madness but after this I'm done. Worst location ever read more
