    Updating my review: Store Manager Stephanie reached out a couple days later expressing her apologies for my visit. She also offered to accommodate bowls to make it right. I could feel Stephanie was very genuine about the poor experience I had and I appreciated her reaching out to try and make it right. Her leadership and compassion will lead her teams focus on the customer. Thank you for taking the time Stephanie.

    Crazy, how can they charge you 50cents to NOT PUT ANY CARROTS ? AND THEN THEY LEAVE THE CARROTS ON THERE ? Like really? I just know next time to leave it as it is and throw the carrots away. Unbelievable how companies do this to so many consumers and some don't notice. Just next time when someone is paying so you guys won't put the freakin carrots just do as it says guys come on it's not hard to no put carrots .. just saying ... anyways I still enjoyed my shrimp bowl.

    Great customer service and great food! I went here the other day with my boyfriend to grab a quick bite and we were in and out the door in less than 10 minutes. The food was totally worth the price. This place looks clean and follows COVID-19 safety standards. I will be visiting this place once I'm back in the area.

    I placed an order online at around 10:51am. When I received the confirmation, the pick up time said 6pm. I tried calling the restaurant 7 times to correct the issue because I wanted my food at 11:30am & all I got was a busy phone line. So I show up at the restaurant and told the girl in the front counter if there was any way I can get my food now because the pick up time says 6pm & it was my mistake for not checking. She told me oh I don't have control over online orders; quickly tries to brush me off. That's not what I asked btw. She proceeds to call the manager and the manager tell me "you can cancel the order online and place it again" (mind you I'm on my lunch break at this point). I obviously tried to do that beforehand, but I couldn't. I told her "there's no option to cancel my order on the confirmation I received or else I would've done that." The email I received after placing my order clearly says "If I have any issues to contact the restaurant" which is what I did, but I got a busy phone line. She then proceeds to call the restaurant phone, puts it on speaker to prove a point--- and tells me that the phone line is working fine. At this point I'm feeling disrespected because I felt like she was calling me a liar. See photos on how many times I called and no one picked up! Instead of helping me both girls were trying to fight me on the issue. I don't understand how it was so difficult to make my food and leave a note for staff not to make the 6pm order as I had gone earlier that day. I get it, you don't have control over the online orders, I wasn't asking you to cancel my order, I just wanted my food at a different time specified. Anyway she asks for my phone & starts writing my order down on a receipt paper and she's like why did it say 6pm was that your mistake? and I told her yes it was. How condescending right? smh! They ended up giving me my food and I still said thank you and was straight up ignored. I wasn't rude, mean, disrespectful throughout the whole situation. My lunch was cut short and I wasn't having a good day. Yet I still kept a good attitude. Sorry for the inconvenience I caused you girls, but you need to do better. Learn how to problem solve instead of trying to brush off the problem. If you're working fast food remember customer service is #1. I've been struggling with my mental health; idk if you know what that's like, but you should be more conscious that what you do affects people in a way you might not know. You can change a persons day by being nice, but also by being mean. You deal with people everyday, so do better.

    Found a raw piece of chicken in my chicken bowl , they really do a good job . Raw chicken and cooked chicken should never touch

    Staff was friendly, room was clean, lots of people coming and going. But the steak was either overcooked or not fresh.

    Good food and service. If you order online it's quicker. Dumplings are fire. They have good deals on the mini meals

    Food here is always on point customer service is fast and on top of it. Especially during my lunch I like to order ahead for quick pick up

    I can't get enough of Monty's!…read more We need one of these closer to Corona/ Murrieta etc. Spread them throughout the Inland Empire please! We need more Monty's locations! It's either Riverside or Los Angeles. The Los Angeles location is nice because it has standard restaurant seating and the vibe is full on Monty's! It's so cool! I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. Love the fries and tots! Definitely do the "maxed out" tots or fries. Those are the best! I love the kale salad and add chicken on top. My husband loves the chicken burgers. We always bring friends here to try Monty's plant-based grub! This place rocks.

    As a 10 year vegetarian I had to try this place. I ordered 2 good burgers, 50/50 (fries and tots…read morew/side of ranch), and a cherry cola. The burger was pretty good, but I've had better. Fries and tots were decent. Would love to come back to try the dog and chicken sandwich. Service was quick. They had a good amount of counter seating but it was pretty busy. I absolutely love their mascot though and they have free stickers that look like him. All food is vegetarian friendly! 100% plant-based.
