New Waba Grill. It is clean and organized. I like their carrots with jalapeño sides. I normally get the chicken bowl with veggies. They have a two types of hot sauce. One from waba grill brand and I think the other is Louisiana hot sauce. Price is on the highee side but it is what you pay for quality foods. Since this place opened it has been busy. You can't miss it as it is near the freeway exit and entrance near Harbor Freight. Cops normally get their food here so it's fairly safe. No weirdos hanging outside. read more

About three bites in to our meal we found a hair about 7 inches long wrapped around a piece of the meat... there was also a piece of plastic in in the salad. I come into this location a lot. And I'm always greeted friendly. I am deaf and I read lips. So I always explain that to new people when I come in. Today I did that. And the cashier named RAM looked at me like I was stupid when I explained that I was deaf and I read lips. A customer in line even tried to explain my situation as well and he continued to look at me with a blank stare and a smirk on his face. It was extremely humiliating and I don't need to be basically laughed at or someone to make me feel badly for my disability. I'm very functional and I don't need to be treated like a leper. I have been going to Waba 4-5 days a week for almost two years now. I went to the one in Temecula. I relocated for work and this one has been hit or miss. Check your food every time. 50% it is wrong. Paid for extra chicken, didn't get it. Order the Asian bbq, don't get any BBQ sauce. Ask for no veggies, boom, veggies. Ask for brown rice, you get white rice. I order the same meal, EVERYTIME. I don't get how orders can be wrong that often. It seems to be a trend after looking at similar reviews. Everything else is great. Customer service and quality of food. I was really disappointed that they didn't have green onions for their plates/ bowls. The green onions are a defining element of the bowl. The food is not the same without the green onion. Also the customer service was not that great. read more

This location just opened a couple weeks ago. The food was great as usual, but I did notice that they put way more rice and less meat as other locations do. The staff was friendly, a little too friendly actually, to the point where it feels fake. The sauces/pickles area needed to be cleaned and the bathroom ran out of soap and paper towels. There is plenty of seating (outdoor too) and parking. If they start putting more meat they would get 4 stars. read more

LOVE Waba Grill. This is my first time coming to this one and the staff was kind even after I spilled my drink all over the floor by accident. The chicken didn't have its signature grill marks and the rice was a bit mushy as if it had too much water when cooked. The veggies were great, they had that crunch I enjoy. Another nitpick was that they don't put dressing in the salad or at least let you know it doesn't have any so you can ask for some. Regardless, always be loyal to Waba Grill locations. read more

I ate here for the first time yesterday with my friends. Ernesto I think is new, he has a raining badge on. I just have to say that walking in my friend gave my a long hug because it was a tough day at work, he opened the door before we even reached it saying, "we look like we needed the door held open for them today." His whole service taking our trays, making sure we were doing ok while we ate was FAR better service than some of the up scale restaurants I go to. I will be coming back because I know I'll have a smile on my face leaving there. The only reason they have 1 star is because the food is okay. But this location has higher prices. Therefore I think this is a franchise. Other locations have a. 50 to. 75 cent difference. This location doesn't offer a military discount like other locations. The cashiers are rude and ignorant. I prefer driving to the locations that honor there military discount. It was my first time eating at a Waba Grill and I did not enjoy it. I had got a steak rice bowl and the way it looked in the photo shown above the menu, did not look the same as the food. I have gone in a few times since it opened and most of my visits were bad experiences. The first time i went there it was fine. The second time the place was packed, dirty ,the cashier was rude and the onion bar smelled as if spoiled. I figure I let a few weeks pass by. The third time i decided to call in my order. when i got there i paid and my order was not ready yet. people were coming in, ordering, leaving and my order not served yet. I complained about it and the cashier tried giving me a BS excuse. It seems they dont track phone orders. so they forgot my order. Next time I go in, the same issue happens. this time with different employees who seem to have no clue as to what they are doing.
