After I selected the pieces they offered to cut them to my measurements so the 16' pieces would fit better in my van. While doing that they also offered to square up the rough ends with their saw. And they gave me a quantity discount. The employees are wonderfully helpful. A couple of years ago the manager recommended a contractor to me and the recommendation worked out great.

The veteran employee who answered all my questions was amazing. She was so kind and thoughtful when I was trying to figure out what I wanted and educated us on the different type of woods. I loved how trusting she was when asking me the original price on the board and also when I paid inside and came outside to pick up the board. Great experience and I love my new heirloom board!

Appliances, cutting boards, candles, jams, aprons, pottery, lots of wood products made in their store on the premises. And we've scarcely touched the range of stuff here. We should caution visitors that the pricers are not on the cheap side. The quality seems high, but so are most of the prices (look for sale items). That said, if you;re a kitchen fan, this is a very entertaining stop. It's in the vicinity of Dorset not far from Manchester but not a location you just likely to stumble upon (although that's what we did). For some reason the phone wouldn't work with the new battery; "we're trying to figure it out with Apple." A BCS technician was on the phone a few more minutes, and to my pleasant surprise convinced Apple that this was a product problem not a customer problem - Apple agreed to replace the phone. By noon the next day BCS had received a replacement phone from Apple, and loaded my apps and info onto it. Thank you several Nashua employees for advocating on my behalf.

Kindness and helpfulness go a long way to retaining customers. Patrick Brown himself is a very helpful guy, courteous, patient, and a straight-talker. I have bought my last 5 computers from him. On an unrelated note, I updated to Sequoia and the Find tool no longer finds anything. Zip, zilch, nada. This is CRAZY. Also I get a Bookmarks Syncing error message every 10 minutes with a long page of code that means nothing to me. Every day now since Sequoia -- 20 times a day -- It's awful. Wish Apple would admit Sequoia is a dog.
