Ordered an 8x20 weekender. Fully built, rather than a kit for us to assemble. We are about an…read morehour and a quarter drive from South Londonderry VT on paved roads, easy to deliver to. The shed was delivered and it looked great, but there was a minor issue with the exterior trim. We had a miscommunication regarding how far around the board and batten would go, given ventilation for firewood. We requested that a few extra trim boards be added to make it the more symmetric look we had envisioned and thought to be the design. Jamaica Cottage team proved to be very responsive. They brought the extra trim boards within a couple of days and put them up on site. We love the product. Thank you!

We just made our second purchase in 3 years and are already looking forward to the the next one. We live on an island and shipping for a simple FedEx envelope can often times lead to a logistic nightmare. The experienced crew at Jamaican Cottage Shop made everything from our purchase to delivery seamless while working with a secondary shipping company to get the materials to our remote home. Their staff kept to their original shipping date despite one of the harshest winters the North East has faced in nearly a decade. Their easy to assemble kits make install a breeze especially with the included hardware. Extra pieces for contingent damage gives added piece of mind that you'll have everything you need when assembling. I can't promise everything will be perfect, but I can promise when you get to the finish line you'll be glad you did it!
