The shed was delivered and it looked great, but there was a minor issue with the exterior trim. We had a miscommunication regarding how far around the board and batten would go, given ventilation for firewood. We requested that a few extra trim boards be added to make it the more symmetric look we had envisioned and thought to be the design. Jamaica Cottage team proved to be very responsive. They brought the extra trim boards within a couple of days and put them up on site. We love the product. Thank you!

They are ALWAYS friendly toward me- know me by name and often make genuine personal conversation and inquire about how my projects are coming. Their products are good and very competitively priced- often beating big box store prices. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to lend a hand finding items, offering materials and method advice, or brainstorming how to accomplish a project. The free and fast delivery is reliable and the delivery drivers and are like heros who regularly brave my dodgy woods road and remote location to help ease my labors, and they do it with a can-do, gung-ho and adventurous attitude.
