My parents basement flooded a few years ago and was destroyed beyond repair. Other contractors gave me little hope of ever getting it done. In came Lev & Sons! They were not only able to give me an accurate and reasonable estimate but they also were able to stick to it! They also gave my parents the best materials, craftsmanship, and overall quality and care that the basement needed. After having such amazing work done on the basement my parents brought Lev & Sons back to do the kitchen! WOW!! My parents old kitchen was dark and dreary. Michael and Dmitri were able to give my parents ideas on what would look good and how to maximize the space. They moved over a wall, put in stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a HUGE window overlooking the backyard..... It looks incredible! My family couldn't not be any happier. My parents beam with joy every time, they walk into the basement and kitchen, and with good reason! They also do smaller jobs. At my house, they put in ceiling fans, high hat lighting, fixed holes in the wall and many other smaller jobs that overall made a huge difference in my homes appearance. If you are looking for a contractor/consultant, look no further than Lev & Sons. You will be 100000% satisfied!

Communication became entirely one-sided, and I constantly had to chase the company for updates. I was originally told fabrication would take about 10 days. A week later, I called for a status update and spoke with Karolina, who promised to call me back. She never did. Another week later, I called again and was assured I would get an answer that same day. Again, no response. After several more days of trying to get information, I finally spoke with Daniella, who informed me that they didn't even have the stone yet. The installation day was just as frustrating. I was given an arrival window, but the installers never showed up during that time. No one called to let me know they were running late. I had to contact the office multiple times, and each time I was told an even longer wait time. Ultimately, the installers arrived nearly two hours after the scheduled arrival window had ended. During the sales process, they advertise that installation includes a "free new sink." What was never disclosed to me was that I would need to hire a plumber separately to make the sink usable. Additionally, Daniella admitted she forgot to send me the installation paperwork, which included important instructions on how to prepare for installation and what to do afterward. Customers should not have to discover critical information only after the fact because staff failed to provide the required documentation. What is most disappointing is that this company came highly recommended by members of my family. Unfortunately, the experience I received was marked by poor communication, broken promises, missed deadlines, lack of follow-through, and a complete absence of proactive customer service. Once the deposit was collected, I felt like getting accurate information or even a return phone call became a constant struggle. There are plenty of companies that value their customers' time and communicate honestly throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Tri-State to look elsewhere.
