We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. The first project, several years ago, involved painting multiple interior rooms and crown molding. Most recently, I hired them to paint three new structural porch columns and my front door. While that may sound like a straightforward job, it really wasn't. Black structural columns are not something you see every day, so preparation, product selection, and attention to detail were critical to getting the look I wanted and ensuring the finish would hold up to the elements. Bob came out to provide the estimate. He was professional, easy to work with, and, most importantly, took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve and the concerns I had about the project. He was also able to get the work scheduled within the same week. I worked closely with Ron, who I believe was the lead painter on the job. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I supplied the INSL-X primer recommended for fiberglass columns and discussed paint options with him. He agreed with the approach and helped ensure the project was done the right way rather than just the fastest way. The work took two full days and exceeded my expectations. The crew took great care to protect my brand-new porch, covering the decking and railings thoroughly so there was no risk of paint getting where it didn't belong. What really stood out was the follow-up. Both Bob and Ron checked in independently after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. They also made it clear that if any issues came up, they would come back and make it right. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with a company that still takes pride in doing quality work and standing behind it. First we got a $25,000 estimate from a contractor who was going to use the cheapest windows on the market. Then a $46,000 estimate from Renewal by Anderson, which we almost got sucked into. Finally after much research of window brands and companies we contacted AGM Windows for an estimate. Paul contacted us quickly and came out to show us the window he uses and give us an estimate. He was so pleasant and professional to work with and quickly responded to all our questions. We got an estimate for 20 Okna 600 windows, highly rated, for a substantial amount less than the cheap windows the contractor was trying to stick us with. In addition, Paul worked with the HOA for the approval, so helpful! The installation crew was AMAZING...organized, clean, and communicative.
