I was never explained anything via email. I merely sent an email and I guess they sent it to the fabricator. They need to get their facts straight before responding that I visited their store. They should know who they're sending these to and review them before sending quotes out. I don't I'm paying a little more for things but 2 1/2 times the price is absurd.
