Joe Corticada - our day to day lead - kept us up to date on progress and found creative ways to complete the project ahead of schedule (under 3 months). Amanda Cook helped us bring our design to life ensuring it balanced both aesthetics and function. Mike Drohan helped us spend our budget where it mattered most (custom door - still in love with it!), while balancing high quality lower cost windows. As someone who has gone through other remodels and acted as a pseudo GM, I can tell you I will never go back. This team delivered, did so as a team, and gave us a very high quality product that will produce memories for ages. Our little guy is already obsessed.

He answered my door when someone came, acting way too familiar. He then showed the person who showed up around and I heard him talking about me behind my back when he was in my backyard. He also tried hugging me at the end which I refused. People working for him called several times, acting all "familiar" with me, telling me I would get them to work on it, from the first call. I decide who I hire, it was very assumptive. The owner has behavior patterns that is disturbing. Other things were said/done that made me very uncomfortable. I'd suggest choosing someone(anyone!) else which is what I did. This man will be condescending, name drop, and violate your boundaries.

Despite our many requests and changes, he was always patient and gave us quick turnarounds every time. We picked the kitchen cabinet/KITH, countertop/quartz, and variety of tiles at his beautiful new showroom. We actually called the headquarter of KITH cabinet/https://kithkitchens.com/ to find out their official kitchen store in Union county and they said 'My house kitchen'! I also compared the costs against several other kitchen stores and he had the best prices. His partner Alex, owner of Dano Development, led the remodeling project of our kitchen, bath and home. He was very communicative, thoughtful and professional and we couldn't ask for more! Bora and Alex worked together well and finished the project on time and stayed within the budget. We were so worried about our remodeling project at first due to our friend's bitter experience. However, in the end we are very happy with the experience from the beginning until the end and we have a dream kitchen and home now!

We initially went to a big box in Dover, and the salesperson clearly did not know what she was doing, took nearly 3 weeks to give us an estimate, and by that time, their "special discount" had expired. Our salesperson, Steve, was extremely helpful, organized, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the entire process. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and friendly.
