I was never explained anything via email. I merely sent an email and I guess they sent it to the fabricator. They need to get their facts straight before responding that I visited their store. The quote also did not say whether it included a backsplash or without a backsplash no details whatsoever except the price of 8500+ for a small kitchen. They should know who they're sending these to and review them before sending quotes out. I don't I'm paying a little more for things but 2 1/2 times the price is absurd.

He answered my door when someone came, acting way too familiar. He then showed the person who showed up around and I heard him talking about me behind my back when he was in my backyard. He also tried hugging me at the end which I refused. People working for him called several times, acting all "familiar" with me, telling me I would get them to work on it, from the first call. I decide who I hire, it was very assumptive. The owner has behavior patterns that is disturbing. Other things were said/done that made me very uncomfortable. I'd suggest choosing someone(anyone!) else which is what I did. This man will be condescending, name drop, and violate your boundaries.

Diane met me with me and in about 10 minutes knew exactly how I wanted the bathroom to look, the accessories I would like and checked in regularly to make sure I was pleased with the progress. Ron, who did the actual work, did a job that is way more than 5 stars but that is all they allow me to check. He didn't leave a mark, a scratch or anything that I can say needs to be fixed or changed. He can build, replace or fix anything and everything. I love my bathroom and now I can't wait for them to come back and upgrade my other bathroom and kitchen. You probably think I'm a relative or was paid to put in this review but you're wrong. Tania is the designer and manages the showroom, Kurt and his crew are the very capable team that made my dream a reality. They took my 25+ year old, outdated kitchen and made it a magazine worthy masterpiece. The only wait was for the custom cabinetry but once work began it took about three weeks from start to finish; ripping out old cabinetry, ripping up old linoleum, tearing down the wall between the two rooms, installing new laminate flooring, Tile work, electrical work, plumbing and even painting my new kitchen. When I'm ready to do my bathrooms, there's no question who I'm calling. I highly recommend them!
