When I finally cancelled the tow truck at 1:18pm and asked for another, the owner of this company stated that it was not his fault but Geico fault because their was multiple clients ahead of us. When I told him that I was going to write a review he stated go ahead I'm just going to dispute. If you can't handle the job just let the provider (insurance company) know because people are waiting on your company when they are in distress. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
