Great spot at the airport to hangout at as you wait for your flight. I had a glass of wins and ate a charcuterie board. All the meats and cheese paired well with my wine. The only negative is the service was a bit on the slower side. Regardless, I'd still return.

Lovely place to escape the hustle bustle of SEATAC. Next best thing to being in a lounge. I've spent a couple of long layovers here!

This is the salmon platter. It has guacamole & sour cream on it. And 4 crostini for all that stuff. I made it work. Tasty, but unconventional. The service was guest for an airport bar- they see a lot of traffic, and I'm sure that's exhausting, but the staff all checked on me and were friendly.

Mary and I were on a long flight layover and stopped in here to eat. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated. The decor is new and upscale. Mary had the Grilled chicken and Brie sandwich; chicken, bacon, Brie, spinach, fig jam, and chives; delicious! I had the Prime Rib and Blue Cheese sandwich; slices of prime rib, blue cheese, arugula, tomato's, delicious.

I loved this place! It is a secret escape at the airport to pass the time and relax with a great glass of wine! The wine was on the pricey side but it's not outrageous. Food and staff were excellent as well, I highly recommend this place and it's on the top of my list! Ordering is just done online which honestly was a little annoying but not all that big of a deal.

Long rant, so to summarize: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, WALK, sorry, RUN AWAY. Seriously, McDonald's was cheaper, friendlier, faster, their technology actually worked, and a short walk away. I had high hopes from the place from first glance at the spacious and inviting atmosphere to the healthier menu, but my hopes to have a relaxing dinner with a wine pairing was quickly shut down. Waited about 5 minutes until someone finally helped me. The one blonde lady working the entire space was extremely rude, disrespectful, and my experience was sadly very similar to previous guests from Google reviews. The sign at the front said to please wait to be seated and some items might not be available due to food supply shortage. I reviewed the paper menu in the display, and scanned the QR code menu to compare offerings. When I was finally assisted, I asked if the salmon tartine was on the menu. The miserable person said yes, and got me seated. There are QR codes at every single table to complete your order and pay, but I received errors on 3 different ones (the QR code label notes the table number). We're all wearing masks, it's been over a year of this, so we all know by now it can be a littleeee harder to hear and communicate. I told the jerk running the place the code to order wasn't working. Her response, "That's why I told you if you had a menu, those aren't working". Me, "No, you asked the lady ahead of me if she had a menu." Her, "Well you asked about the salmon, so I figured you knew." I got up to leave, said this was a waste of time, and she said ok BYE!! I've never felt more pissed and surprised that I was spoken to that way. There are so many other ways to speak to a guest, I could have been given a paper menu at seating if she knew the QR code order form didn't work. However, previous reviews say there aren't even paper menus available, so...you either memorize the menu at the entrance, hope the QR code works, or...suffer and starve because no one will actually help? Also note, this is a WINE place and the paper menu only specified food. To put the cherry on top, there's a standing sign at the entrance explaining how easy entire process of ordering at your table with the code is, HA. We're over a year into ordering food at restaurants with codes, and this idiot can't even figure it out how to help resolve or calmly and POLITELY assist?? The audacity. Just...the absolute worst customer service ever, and time wasted writing this novel. Seriously, if you hate communicating with and helping people simply order a quick bite to eat, maybe this isn't the job for you?? Shame on management for trusting this imbecile to serve others.

Nice place to sit and have a local Washington glass of wine in between flights. This time I had the sparkling wine and I did not like it. I should have known because I'm not a fan of that particular winery. Next time I would get it. Another time before I got a Riesling that good. I had better service this time. They had a manager and 2 servers. Last time I was there I think there was only one person doing everything. I haven't tried their food yet but maybe I will next time I fly through Seattle.

Came here using my SEA Visitor's Pass while waiting for a friend to arrive. They're pretty understaffed. They have barcodes on the tables but we're advised not to use them for ordering, only for reviewing the menu. So we're condemend to wait for the lone server who's circling the floor like a busy bee trying to make sure everyone's happy. The most common patron appears to be the weary traveller whose flight was delayed. That makes sense. The wine I had was delicious, and I saw its label pop up at other various points the following weekend, which is uncanny. The wines overall on the menu tend to be pricier, which is not a surprise for an airport business. I just wish they could be staffed appropriately so that the overall experience would match the quality of the wines being served.

Ambiance is nice and cozy, the staff was great and attentive, and the charcuterie board was better than a lot of regular restaurants I've been to and a decent price for how much you got.

So, don't repeat my mistake.

Quarterdeck is what I like to call a "come for the vibes, stay for the drinks, eat... somewhere…read moreelse" kind of place. I stopped by while visiting Seattle and while the food situation was a bit chaotic (they had rotating menus because they were out of a few items), I ended up ordering a kimchi-inspired sandwich that I wanted to love...but it just didn't do it for me. Not inedible, maybe a 2/5, but I'd definitely try something else next time. My friend ordered what I think was the Garden Harvest Wrap (a staple on the menu), and that was more of a 3/5. Both dishes were served cold (intentionally), which I think made a difference, I could totally see them being much better if they were warm. Now let's talk about what is worth it: the mimosa flight. SO good. Like dangerously easy to sit there, sip through all of them, and forget any minor food disappointments. But honestly, the real star here is the ambiance. You're right on the water with the most effortless, breezy, coastal energy. Boats drifting by, sun hitting just right, people lingering over drinks--it's giving main character energy in the best way. I found myself wanting to stay way longer than planned and even doing some work while there. This is absolutely a spot I'd come back to, just with a strategy: eat before or after, and come here to sip, sit by the water, and take a little walk on the dock. 5 stars for the vibes alone

And with the bad, I strive to be positive on the experience that was good before giving suggestions or letting the owner know what fell short. I'm never out to bash a business. Rather, as an owner, if you pride yourself in customer service, you will take what a sincere Yelp Elite reviewer has to say, step back and see how you can improve. I just read the comments another reviewer posted a few days ago and saw that they were berated as well. I had nothing to gain from giving the review I did and it's unfortunate that you're no longer going to be in business, but there were two other people with me that came to this consensus. With that, I will reply to the unfortunate remarks slammed at me, the reviewer. Let me preface by saying I asked for a pic with the owner before tea service started. If it was said that we had a wonderful and lovely time, it was not by me but one of my friends who, when asked how everything was, couldn't think of anything else to say. Also, I wasn't going to express all of this in front of the owner at the time because I had others with me. So, to rebel and ask me if my mother is still alive and did she teach me to behave like this? Well, all I can say is your reaponse as a business owner is extremely childish and unprofessional. I didn't make the food. I reviewed it and if that means it's not the best review, so be it. It pains me not to give a business owner a good review because that's not what we as Elite members strive for. That said, lashing out is not the answer. At least I have the maturity and diplomacy to put these comments in without getting into a mud fight like you chose to do. Review..... My two girlfriends and I came here for afternoon tea. Since I'm the Yelp reviewer, I asked them for their input and so it was a consensus of the three of us. Here's what went right. It was nice to have a carafe of water at our table, there were beautiful flowers and dyed water to match in the vase, the teacups and saucers were very pretty, the owner was extremely nice. Here's what we thought needed a second look. The sign in the store advertised cheese and fruit for the afternoon tea but it didn't appear. When we asked we were told it didn't come with it but we could get some if we wanted. Please revise the sign as people do notice. Suggest you have a selection of three sandwiches rather than two of each. One was a small croissant filled with egg salad and if we hadn't been told that we thought it might be chicken. The other was a cucumber sandwich which although it's nice to have thin slices of cucumber, these were razor thin. Sort of disappointing that there was so little on a beautiful piece of bread. They scones were nothing special. Perhaps have something inside whether it be cranberry, currant etc. The sweets consisted of a Mexican wedding cake which was rather dry and was there a detection of almond extract? The orange macaron, as beautiful as it was, lacked flavor of orange. I was expecting a nice burst of something but it just wasn't there. The fondant on the petit four was much too thick, and sweet. Whatever fashion the raspberry is used, keep a bit of that tart flavor to offset the sweetness from the fondant. The effort was there, things just felt short.
