I called ahead of time to specifically schedule with someone who can do clean designs. What I…read morereceived in the end was not even close to what I showed the nail tech. She failed to ask me for approval before moving on to next steps throughout the set, causing me to ask her to correct her mistakes. She made it obvious she was not fond of being corrected. The design was a simple black French tip with a white line through the middle of the black polish. The finished nails were over layered, bulky, & sloppy. When I told the person in charge about my experience & showed proof, I was given attitude as if I was wrong for not liking the job on my nails & told I have to still pay for the set minus the design. I was not given any comforting solutions. It was a lot of shoulder shrugs and head shakes as if nothing can be done for me. The associate working on my feet did not even know how to create a French tip design. Come to find out that person is the only associate in the salon who is able to do acrylic nails. I did have the polish removed. I arrived at 12:50pm & do not leave until 6pm. I'm not understanding how a nail salon hires technicians who are unable to perform what should be basic skills for the job. It's not fair that I walk into a salon expecting associates to know how to do the job I am paying them to do & I get the short end b/c they are under qualified. This salon is very out dated- associates do not understand much English at all to communicate effectively, no refreshments are offered, under qualified nail technicians !, mediocre customer service over all. The least the salon could do is educate the staff on the basic as well as some advanced skills or hire people who can actually do a good job. 0/10 I do not recommend anyone to visit the establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was sent out the door with my nails looking like a 5 year old was playing makeover on my nails, I had to go back inside to demand something be done.

The gel manicure for $20 was a steal. She did, however, forget to put a top coat on one of my nails, which I noticed at home and rectified with my own gel kit. A few sides weren't totally done either, but I'm not expecting perfection from a $20 manicure. I'm definitely going to return next time I need my nails done. The pedi was standard, and I'm getting old so I appreciated the massage chair. However, they didn't have any lights/fans to dry your feet while getting your manicure so I ended up with weird textures from my socks on my nails and had to redo them. That's what I get for getting a manicure in the winter I guess!

Called earlier in the day for an evening appointment, they are currently (August 2020) appointment only. There were only 2 other customers in the shop and 2 employees. Not to mention, she did a great job and was very reasonably priced!! $40 for gel pedi. This was a Monday - not sure if prices differ by day of week based on other reviews but I will definitely be back!

This was by far the most expensive and most disappointing nail experience I have ever had…read more I came in for a gel pedicure, a full set, and eyebrow wax. I showed a clear inspiration photo for an almond French tip design with polka dots and floral accents. The nail tech told me she could not do the flowers, which was fine, and confirmed she could still do the French tip and dot design. Instead, I was given a completely different basic single-color pink set with no French tip, no dots, and no design work at all. The final total was $180, which is honestly outrageous for what was done. The breakdown was $75 for the gel pedicure, $90 for a very basic full set, and $15 for eyebrows. I have never in my life paid anywhere near this much for such a simple set, especially one that did not include any of the design elements discussed. The biggest issue is the lack of upfront pricing transparency. At no point before or during the service was I told that a basic full set and gel pedicure here would cost nearly $200. If I had known this place charges luxury-level prices for very basic work, I absolutely would have gone elsewhere. For anyone considering this salon, please be aware that this may be one of the most expensive nail appointments you will pay for, and based on my experience, the work did not justify the price at all. I left feeling completely overcharged and extremely disappointed.
