Also found out that the alterations done here are outsourced and not done in house which was also disappointing to see. Only positive I can say is the customer service is pretty alright, may return for some other work but after this experience, I'm not so sure.

Miss Coco's shop is as charming as she is. She was eager to help, agreed to help with the tight deadline, and stayed late to ensure I left happy. As a fun bonus, she had some pieces for sale that I was able to snag: super cute Calvin Klein dress and a GORGEOUS duster that just happened to fit me perfectly. They got my dress turned around in 5 days and got it to me last minute before my wedding - I am so happy! I had my wedding dress altered by Rosa and she did an amazing job! It took a little over 3 weeks…read more(which is faster than most places). This included adding bustles, hemming a few inches off, and taking in the waist. She even added a few extra clasps to the back button area just for security and added a finger loop for my long train. I think the pricing was a great value, but it will depend on material type, amount of layers, etc, do call ahead of time for a rough estimate. I will definitely keep coming to her if I have any other alteration needs!

This place has done a good job on some of my pants that I measured there. I left a sample and the pants I received are a lot shorter than the sample. I recommend showing the person helping you while wearing it there at the store so they can pin it in front of you. They do not know how to cut pants using a sample or other piece of close for the desired tailor.
