Joe greeted us with a smile when we took a road trip last week to Ohio. Car ran nice was clean and overall no issues at all. I'd say a good recovery.

They were rushed when I arrived to get the vehicle and told me that this was all they had I did not notice how dirty it was until I started driving it but at that point I just kept it after driving it for a few weeks I was pulled over by a police officer because the license plate on this vehicle had expired 4 or 5 months ago I'm lucky that I was not given a citation or a ticket by the officer I took the vehicle back the next day and told the employees about it but they were not apologetic or concerned that I was driving a vehicle that had expired plates they then gave me another vehicle that I drove for a few days at the time that I began renting the vehicle I was told that because of my insurance that I may have to pay for the insurance on the car and at that time I just said okay I guess if the insurance company doesn't cover it then you know I I would probably have to cover it after returning the car I was advised that they had not heard from the insurance company and they were going to bill me for the insurance so I again said to him while I don't think I should have to pay for it and they advised me to call the insurance company I then got a charge on my credit card for $746.60 I don't know if they tried to get the insurance company to pay it they told me I had to contact her and I just said to them I will try and contact them blah blah I then called the insurance company and they told me they had not received the bill or any communication with Enterprise I will never ever rent a car from Enterprise ever again ​

There was only one person working, but they had a clear sign, directing me to go out back where they were getting the other cars ready for other rentals. I let him know I was there and he came right back out to the front to help me. My car was ready and clean. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough, and their return process was very easy. I would highly recommend renting a car from here!

I was patient waiting for my vehicle. Went over the condition of the car and before I drove away went back in the office to point out the STRONG cigar odor in the vehicle. He came out, mentioned someone's name and agreed that he would note this in the vehicle inspection doc. The odor lingered the entire 7 days and it was nauseating. He agreed and said he would speak to his boss and would provide a $50 discount. NOT great but better than nothing. Never saw the note in the docs they sent me. They applied a $30 credit with no explanation or apology for not honoring the credit agreed upon. FYI - If a customer smokes anything nevermind a cigar in the vehicle, a $400 cleaning fee is charged. NEVER AGAIN. I am sure this was not his fault but WAKE UP bossman! This location needs some help.

My car was in for 3 weeks of body repair, during which I had two rental cars and a brief loaner from my dealership. Of the bunch, Enterprise was by far the best to deal with, and they'll be my first choice from now on, any & every time I rent. I feel their pricing and fees were overall the most fair of anyone I dealt with, and the staff at both locations were very professional and courteous at all times. The closest thing I could cite to a negative was a minor wheel balance issue on the car at highway speed, but I have no way of knowing if the previous drivers of the car had ever reported that to Enterprise. I did inform Enterprise by phone about this and they were perfectly willing to exchange the car outright for me with no further questions asked, but ultimately I decided that I didn't have the time & could live with it for the week seeing as otherwise the car was in excellent repair for its mileage. (At turn in I also found out that the car is very near the end of its time in the rental fleet, and at the rate I was charged I can accept that.) Overall, I'm quite pleased with the rental experience & wish I had gone to Enterprise in the first place, and if I ever need a rental again I'll go right back to them.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE! This location falsely charged me…read more$4000 which I am still disputing with CC company. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise while my jeep was at the dealership in July. When I was done with the rental car, I asked Enterprise when/where I should drop it off. They informed me that I could bring the rental to the jeep dealership and leave the key with the service dept and Enterprise would pick it up from there. I did just that, informed Enterprise the car had been dropped off, and believed I was done with the transaction. 30+ days later I get a $4000 charge on my card. Hertz informed me the car was found 30 days later abandoned in a parking lot. They never once called to say the vehicle was missing or that they found it abandoned and damaged. They refused to reverse the charge and gave me no additional information (police report, video from jeep dealership etc). They just expected me to take their word for it as if I didn't do as they said and leave it with the jeep dealership. I was forced to dispute the charge with my CC company. The jeep dealership informed me someone from Enterprise did pick it up from the Jeep dealership which they deny doing. Sketchy, rude and dishonest - I would not recommend doing any business with this location. Seems like a full on scam.

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had and it's not even close. I showed up and was immediately greeted by Jonathan Meehan. He was professional, courteous and direct, he introduced himself as Jon, shook hands and made solid eye contact showing he was involved and I wasn't just another customer. It's the day after thanksgiving and he immediately asked how my day was, intently and sincerely unlike most people who deal with customers all day. The conversation was unforced and engaging. He thanked me for my service twice, and couldn't have been any more welcoming or respectful. The guy has upper management written all over him. Not a doubt in my mind If I was an unhappy or disgruntled customer he would have been able to easily and fluently articulate, counter and navigate a conversation argumentative in nature with minimal to no confrontation. Being enlisted in the military you are forced to talk and work with a lot of people. My job is to literally evaluate subordinates on qualities including courtesies, professionalism, communication, and Jonathan is what I try and teach my employees to act like and project to the public. Today's visit to Enterprise and this single interaction put them atop of my list of rental car companies.

I was responsible for a $18/day charge for insurance, which was fine. I had the car for 3 days, dropping it off on Saturday when enterprise was closed. I get a message this morning from Enterprise (from a blocked number, and with no return number left) saying "the final charge will be $347.00 for the 5 day rental." I called them back, after looking up the number since they didn't leave me one. I explained that I had the car for 3 days "Oh, well we were closed Saturday, Sunday and yesterday so we logged the car as back this morning." Then I told him that Best was paying for the rental and should only be charged ~$60. He said he'd check with his manager. I then called Best to let them know and they promised to straighten it out. I will never use this rental agency again.

I would stay away from this place. I rented a car and needed to extend it 5 days. No one told me…read morethat they would charge me same for 5 days as 7. According to Hertz, their policy is that a week is 5-7 days. This is absurd. When I asked both the local and the national office to point me to a place where that policy is written down, no one could provide me with an answer. When I asked for a two day refund, I was denied. When I asked for the car back, they said the contract was closed. I could have kept the car for an additional 2 days at no extra charge. UgggggggggH! This is addition to the bullshit Vehicle Licensing Cost Recovery fee that they don't mention until you pay your bill. It is added to the quoted weekly rate. It 9.02% of the total charge. It's the definition of a junk fee. One last thing, when I called the national office they kept repeating the same line. "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There is nothing we can do." It didn't matter what I said, they just kept repeating that line. I could have said 'It's raining today." and she would have said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There is nothing we can do." I asked to talk to a supervisor and the woman told me she didn't have a supervisor! OMG!
