The representative…read morethat came to our home was Jamie, and he took his time in showing us everything about these windows. It took a little over 2 hours, but so very thorough. There were no surprises. He even worked with my senior citizen parents to ensure they got the best price for their budget. When we thought our installation date was going to be 3 months out, he made sure that we got our windows within the month we needed them. The installers were truly incredible. They are expedient to say the least. The whole process is down to a science for them. They arrive and the first thing they do is look around the house, help you if any small items need to be moved, then they place drop cloths and cover anything that could get dust on it. Once they are done removing/installing the windows they make sure everything is clean and just as it was from vacuuming to window wiping. About 7 people were working on our 15 windows, + the installation of a Bay Window. The whole process took a little over 4 hours, just as they said. There was absolutely no damage to our home, only we discovered the next day that one of our screens had a latch that wasn't working. But all I had to do was call customer service and they followed up with me immediately to schedule a technician to come out the following week and fix it. That hasn't happened yet but I don't anticipate any issues given how seamlessly everything has gone so far. I would only recommend checking those small things before they leave, but again it was a non issue to call them after. Plus they only bring the materials they need so they'd still have to schedule someone to come out after and fix it. Also, BONUS PERK! The birds don't wake me up at 3:30 in the morning anymore!! They are the bane of my (sleep) existence during the summer and I can barely hear them with the windows shut. Looking forward to those energy saving costs for our A/C and Heating, I anticipate these windows will do more than just noise control. :) Thank you castle windows for such a stress free experience.

I received quotes from several of the companies that were on the list however I knew shortly after talking to Jeremy that I would be contracting with Sensible Home Products on my job. I felt that I could trust Jeremy with my home immediately and throughout the months of working with him he has maintained that position. Jeremy is very responsive, communicative, and leads a phenomenal team. At every step, Sensible Home Products impressed me with the care, precision, and result of their work. This job, which is a once in a lifetime investment in my home, included the removal of aluminum siding, installation of new vinyl siding, replacement of windows throughout my home, installation of new gutters, beautification of existing steps and installation of a new walkway with bluestone and pavers. While every single employee that I interacted with from Sensible Home Products was professional and did their job well, I must make a special call out to Victor and Alec who single handedly stripped my house of its old siding, wrapped my house in insulation, and installed the new siding. In addition to my surprise, Victor custom made all the trim around my windows and doors. That level of precision and care is highly unusual in the home improvement space considering that I see other companies install siding on neighbors' homes in just a few days.
