BG concepts have been printing my shirts for over a year and a half now and I have absolutely no complaints. Frank and company have been a joy to work with and keeps me up to date with the projects on hand. A very big plus to BG is when they contact me a week early and the shirts are ready. This has happened more than once and is very appreciated. It's a pleasure working with BG Concepts. They haven't let me down, they cater to my needs and do a great job on the production and quality of my shirts. To say they're customer service is poor or unsatisfactory, I'm sorry but I just don't see it at all when I work with them. There was significant deviation in the staff pricing and printing from that quoted by Anthony Matsuda's. The resulting garments are subpar quality. The screen printing work performed by BG Concepts is not to spec. We disputed the charge and received our refund back from our credit card company. However, we're taking a loss on the work done by BG Concepts, the cost of the T-shirts and the delay in our business production. Our issues were: black garments have no white base, plastisol inks instead of water based, 3D details and lines in printing missed, poorly done gradient. We were overcharged for water based inks and white base on black. I contacted BG concepts staff and Anthony Matsuda by calling and via emails many times to try to resolve the issues with my order face-to-face. I was given the brush off. My time and my shirts were wasted. One more comment: Hey BG Concepts! it would pay to repaint your shop vestibule from black walls and ceiling to light color. Your clients could clearly see your work and their estimate/invoice.
