Very happy! Victor helped me renovate 2 bathrooms. The smaller bathroom got a tub and the larger one a shower. I chose to tile all walls, which most people do not do, so was worried I'd get a good quality tile guy and Victor's team included a specialist. We used porcelain tile with a marble accent strip. Everything came out really great! Their plumber put in all new water lines and drains for us and the electrician installed a couple of recessed lights, fan and vanity lights. I was thrilled there was practically no disruption from this renovation over the course of 3-4 weeks as they managed to do a bathroom at a time. I enjoyed meeting all of their team members but Victor was the main person I had to interact with. He kept an eye on everything. The glass doors look really great- starphire glass and at a great price so I added and the team did measurements as soon as the tile was done around the tub/shower so we were not losing time on getting the order in. The glass was the last thing which was put in for us. I am very picky and changed my mind on a couple of minor things for the door/window trim and Victor was great at addressing my concerns. Hope to use Victor for updating our backyard deck later this year! read more

Victor is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. He just finished a major remodel of our house and he was very communicative, reliable and easy to work with every step of the way. My first impression was great because unlike other places I called, Victor called back within an hour and went to see the house right away. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood the scope and how I wanted things done. He ended up working on dry rot on the outside of the house, replacing all floors/carpets and cabinets, repainting, getting the attic completely re-insulated, adding all new fixtures and replacing the front and back porches. He even coordinated landscaping and of course got the correct inspections done. The house looks amazing. Given that I'm not in the area any longer it was a huge peace-of-mind to have someone as good as Victor working on the job. He would even send me pictures of the work as it was going. We planned on building our house in two stages. We originally hired a contractor for stage one and were extremely disappointed because the beginning part of the project (foundation and frame) took almost eight months. We realized this was unacceptable so we fired the original contractor and hired Victor Sarkisov and his team to complete stage two of our home. The same scope of the work was done in two month and three weeks taking into account downtime due to rain. Victor was very professional and organized, as well as very helpful in answering any questions we asked during the project. I want to thank Victor for his help with the renovation of a two family house in Watertown, MA. The scope included full replacement of the electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling systems, added 2 new bathrooms, put closed cell insulation into the exterior walls and Rockwool into the interior walls, glued down hardwood floors with a layer of rubber for sound insulation, replaced all windows and doors, new baseboard and crown molding trims, etc. Victor did a wonderful job at managing the entire project from the permits to the final inspection.
