They greet you and are constantly checking on you until your appt begins. They control the chaos without taking away from the excitement. My daughter found the dress about the 3rd dressin, but she/we wanted to be sure and tried several more of my daughters choices. The sales person completely understood and we never felt rushed. The staff was amazing and did a fantastic job creating a fun and inviting vibe for us! They had a great variety of dresses unlike some other shops we went to and better yet had all their dresses in multiple sizes so it made it must easier to envision each dress on my body. My friend and I came to Vow'd to try on bridal gowns for her upcoming wedding. We didn't have an appointment, but when they learned we had driven 2 hours to see the dresses she'd fallen in love with online in-person, they squeezed us in with one of their stylists. They offered us a selection of their sparkling and flat waters and brought us back into their VIP area. Our stylist, Katie was a bit new, but super friendly and helpful! My friend went through their dresses, selecting the ones she wanted to try on and then went back to the dressing room. I was impressed that they had a 4, 10, and a larger plus size in each of their samples. They had a nice selection of all styles and felt very inclusive to every body shape/size. Katie helped her try on every dress, asking her what she liked and didn't like. Both my friend and I would have preferred a little more insight on how certain dresses could be altered, but we understood she was new and we were already appreciative to have been squeezed in. Excellent place for wedding dress fitting! They are small and have a limited selection of beautiful dresses. All dresses are under $2500 and they offer a 15% discount for healthcare workers. We arrived a little late due to traffic and called ahead to inform them of our updated arrival time. Vow'd was understanding and told us not to worry. The stylist we worked with was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She brought the dresses to the fitting room, assisted the bride with dress fitting, and answered all of our questions. Although the bride ultimately choose a dress from a different shop, we did find one contender here. The dress we liked best was picked out by the stylist. She thought the bride might like that style and she was right. From my understanding, Vow'd is a sister brand of Altar'D state and opened about 2 years ago. They are located in North Hills near bartaco. They have ample space for dress fitting and guests. They don't offer alterations, but can recommend seamstresses that are familiar with their dresses. She made sure our whole group felt heard, but also ensured that the Bride's opinion was the loudest. She made my sister feel comfortable in her own skin, so that she could appreciate how beautiful a bride she would be. The dresses are well designed, and the fabric is high quality. There is a wide variety of styles, from classic to trendy, and Jenee made sure we had ample time to try every option. There was no sales pressure, and it was clear that Jenee's priority was ensuring the bride's happiness. If I could get married again, I'd come to Vow'd! 5 stars! read more

The dresses smelled really bad and were visibly really dirty. The dressing rooms were not very clean either. I feel like everything was very all over the place. Had an amazing wedding dress consultation experience at Vow'd Raleigh! I was running late to the appointment and they were incredibly accommodating. I was greeted by Katy as I walked in the door and she helped get us situated with champagne and our dressing area. We were given time to look through the boutique and choose dresses to try on first. After trying them on and telling Katy what I liked/didn't like about them she pulled more dresses for me. Every dress had exactly what I was looking for based on my input! literally the best bridal shop out there. Emily was my consultant and she did her abs best to make sure I found the perfect one. I am 4 months PP and had been struggling with my body and even when I had cried ( because hormones are real and your body isn't the same ) she handed me a tissue and let me take things at my pace. Please avoid this store if you want to have a smooth wedding - drive to the Charlotte store! They are far better all the way around! Let's start with my sister - she went there to order her bridesmaid dress. At the time she was looking for a dress in "emerald green" that color has since been discontinued. I bought a dress in emerald green the week before she went to the Raleigh store. Long story short - my mom FaceTimed me while there to tell me this and the sales associate was trying to convince me "evergreen" was the same color - it absolutely is not and that would clash. I was not pleased with her tone on the phone - but whatever. Moving on. She ended up getting a different color bc the dress in that style looked better on her. Another one of my bridesmaids went to this store to order her dress in JULY. Ordered her dress (needed a size 26 so it had to be custom made). We were told it would be overnighted Oct 1 - wedding was Oct 22. Well that didn't happen (even though both of us called every week asking for updates). During these calls I was hung up on - which really p--Ed me off. Then I asked the manager for a summary of our discussion in writing - Surprise that never happened either. Ok - fast forward to October 2. The dress did not ship and is now expected to ship Oct 9 - Oct 10 same story hasn't shipped yet. At this point they gave me the customer care number (they should have done this in August IMO). I called the customer care number where the person helping me was heartbroken to hear my trials with this store. She was apologetic (honestly this store should be apologizing) and empathetic. She got that dress out SAME DAY overnighted. For whatever reason the Raleigh store could not help. But yes. Avoid this store to save headaches and take a day trip or weekend trip to Charlotte - all the people there are on top of it! read more
