I was sick - $600+ vacuum turned into junk. Not the fault of the product. You can read between the lines - but I can't clarify just how the unit was ruined. I'd like my marriage to last another 20 years. I called the manufacturer, and they were of no help. The TineCo rep said I could replace the broken parts but cost wise, it would be cheaper to replace the entire unit. Yeah, thanks for nothing. So, I went back to my BestBuy and explained how my 4-month-old TineCo bit the dust. (Pun intended). I told him how I purchased the unit on sale and asked if he would match a four-month-old sales price so I could replace the vacuum. No hesitation whatsoever. And within minutes I had purchased an exact replacement for the great savings when I first made the purchase. As we all know, "supply chain" issues limit in-stock items for most businesses; so, I couldn't leave with the vacuum. Instead, it was delivered the NEXT DAY. So - a quick recap. Disaster. A retail store that doesn't suck. (I know, I did it again). Happy wife (happy life). Best Buy to the rescue.

It's in your hometown, Jeffersonville, and if you call them to schedule you can actually get in quicker than going the route of using the websites for Comptia courses. It's a tiny lil place just across from the Jeff courthouse but its efficient, they are quiet, and its comfortable. It's the standard three desk setup in a small quiet room. I love their homemade IT art as well. Do be careful with writing down notes no the wipe board *before* the test, you are not allowed to do that and that's a PEARSON VUE company thing. Steve solved it in and his rates are super competitive for his skill set. Recently, my wife's business hard drive stopped working which had a ton of important data. A business neighbor in the building reported that the Company had been evicted from the building. Accordingly, while I have given only one star in order to be able to post a comment on YELP, this is not actually a genuine rating, just a comment on the Company based upon my personal visit at its posted location on YELP.
