They answered immediately and seemingly dropped whatever they were doing to answer my questions and help me figure out what to do. As importantly, they spoke in plain language and were very patient with likely silly questions I had -- again, not a common experience with mainstream tech services. We weren't ultimately able to resolve the problem (I had incompatible devices), but I was blown away by LCR's service and conscientiousness. They checked in with me regularly to see how things were going and what they could do to help. I would definitely turn to them in the future and recommend that others do the same.

I brought my PlayStation 5 in for a cleaning.
