When I spoke to him on the phone I had a few requests. One was that I wanted to hide all wires as to not have an unsightly clutter of mess showing. Two I wanted all of the boxes ran into the hallway closet to free up space under the television. Jason wasted no time getting to work. In less than 30 minutes my television was hanging on the wall and I was watching Netflix. Jason and his team were extremely professional and cleaned up every last speck of dirt the job created. My job may have been a small one but Jason treats you like his biggest customer. Then he tried to tell me that it didn't happen. When I told him that I was not debating reality with him and told him that it was time for him to leave before the job was done, he did apologize. He completed the work. When I tried to discuss the unacceptable way I was treated with management I got excuses. When I said I was not ok with excuses he SCREAMED that he could take out all the equipment and not monitor the system. I was fine with that. But finally he acknowledged that the behavior was not ok and there was not excuse. So if you want to be verbally abused by all parties in this company, feel free to use them.
