We originally were supposed to meet at the Farnam location but I ended up in legacy by accident. Glad I found out about the second location. They recently opened in November. Plenty of parking very aesthetically pleasing from the outside even the bathroom was adorable. The bartender Faith was amazing and she even let me try samples of different cocktails. They don't have food it is strictly a drink spot but I will definitely recommend this place for a girls not out. The cocktails were fabulous. I had the house smoked old-fashioned. The salad bar is out of this world. It's amazing. I'd be happy if it was just my meal. Staff continually kept it clean, stocked, and fresh. The two of us each had an 8 ounce fillet. Both were cooked perfectly to our liking, one medium, one medium rare. We had a difference of opinion, however, over the fact that there was no seasoning. I want just a little, that's all. He was happy with nothing. After all, it was a very high-quality steak so why is it necessary? You get the salad bar and a side dish with your steak. I chose sautéed mushrooms as my side and I was royally disappointed. They looked like and tasted like they were right out of a can, they were not whole mushrooms, sautéed, and buttered which is what I was naturally expecting. We also shared a bowl of French onion soup. It wasn't the best, it wasn't the worst. It satisfied and I moved on. The service was interesting to say the least. Is it possible to say that the service was too good? So many people were working we lost track of who our waitress was. One person took the order, a second person returned after it was served to see how everything was, and another person came along to say our waitress was reassigned to another area so she would finish our service. Besides them, we had so many people either delivering food, refilling water, or taking away plates. It was something I had never experienced before. Friendly, yes, but how do I deal with that? I like the setting, it's very comfortable. It's not too dark, it's not too light. It's not noisy. A family can feel comfortable bringing children as long as they don't act up. Behave, kids!

That identity confusion ran through the whole visit: tableside lamps and separate waiters on one hand, a server in shorts and bar noise on the other. My one note is that their holiday mixed drinks have consistently been nicer to look at than to taste, but we mostly come for the theming anyhow.

It was decadent, perfectly balanced, and definitely strong--in the best way. It even came garnished with a Ghirardelli chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. Despite how busy it was, the bartender was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I never felt rushed or like I was a bother, which really stood out. The staff are all talented bartenders, and the drinks are excellent. While not cheap, the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. All this, and there are remnants from their Drastic Plastic days, shown and for sale. Also a pinball machine is available for play.
