Then he suddenly says on the same day that I reached out that the job was done. I've asked for an inspection/repair report since July and have received nothing. I've updated our portal work order which John has access to, I've called and texted, he just won't pick up or respond now. Montillo's already been paid for the job that no one in my building saw happen, so I guess he does not care. $900+ dollars to inspect a 4 unit building. Unsure if there were any repairs. I called numerous times afterwards and was assured I would receive the quote that day, but I never did. Almost three weeks have passed and I decided to give them the final call as we all know how annoying it is to set up an appontment with an electrician and I was promised once again I would receive a quote and did not. I never had such an unprofessional experience just to get a quote. I'm not sure how this company gets any business if they have clients begging just to know the price. Avoid if you value your time!

They installed a chandelier and replaced 2 light fixtures for me in a UES concrete ceiling apartment. The pros: -Super professional installation people. Had an onsite estimate given, and they clearly knew their stuff. Advised me quickly on possibilities and what wasn't possible. -Installation occurred right on time. -Installers covered all flooring and wore covers on their shoes to protect all surfaces. Also carefully moved furniture from the install area. -Installers worked very hard to measure and drill properly so that I did not need to repaint the entire ceiling. They were successful! -Shockingly low dust from the install. The cons: -when I have a bug to get something done immediately, I want it, well, immediately. I had to wait a week to get the install set, but that is really quite reasonable.
