Joe came, scoped out the work, made a copy of the entire report, wrote up a thorough estimate, and I waited. The phone staff were very patient with me because I was nervous they would not want to do all the work that needed to be addressed! After I approved the estimate, Jerry arrived, and he and Gabe methodically plugged away at each issue. As the day progressed, I became more impressed with Jerry's integrity, professionalism, character and wisdom. Instead of saying they'd be back to finish the work another day, Jerry called in Aiden and Vitor, and they completed everything! I am so grateful for the excellence, teamwork, patience, and positivity of everyone who helped me! Thank you! You are the best!
