My husband contacted them and the owner of the company came to inspect and give a quote for the installation of an outlet to plug in an electric car charger. The quote was more than 50% less than what the other company quoted and he said they could do the job the next day. On the day of service, two workers arrived and the first thing they did was put booties on to protect the floors. They were so efficient, and explained everything they were doing in advance. In the process of preparing to install the new outlet they found an error the previous electricians did and fixed the problem at no extra cost. The job was completed quickly and they even cleaned up the work area before leaving. They were also kind enough to wait about 15 minutes for my husband to get home from work so he could test out the charger and make sure everything was working correctly. Typically, a charge is made for a visit if you don't hire the company to do the work. I called and spoke to someone from the company who said it would be "waived this time" as I hadn't been told that initially. Interestingly, I realized later that the website says they give free estimates. So they give a free estimate but charge for a visit? Does not make any sense to me. The electrician that did the job was professional, prompt and neat. I was happy with the work done.

I am new to the area and needed an electrician to install a new ceiling fan in an area that did not…read morehave an existing fixture. After calling several electricians with no return calls, I asked the building superintendent at my co-op if he had any recommendations. He recommended this company. I called James to schedule an estimate. He promptly came to my co-op for an estimate and immediately scheduled a quick installation date. I called and texted several times with questions and he promptly answered my texts and calls. Additionally, I needed to reschedule several times, and he was always willing to reschedule. Yesterday his courteous crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time to install the ceiling fan. They put drop clothes down and cleaned up after the job. Although I have plaster walls which is difficult and messy to work with, they did a fantastic job installing the fan and tried to keep the wall damage from running wires to a minimum. When they installed, I chose a switch that controlled the speed with no need to use the chain to control the speed. After they left, I wasn't sure if the chain worked. I pulled on the chain, and the chain completely broke off. This caused the fan to stop working. I texted James and explained what happened. He explained that I didn't need to use the chain, and should have just used the wall control. Although I caused this issue, he promptly sent back his crew today to fix the issue.
