Buyers BEWARE ... I have purchased a few vehicles from Volume Chevrolet in Forsyth and referred a few people there also! But have to say that they do not portray the 7 year warranty they offer correctly! Instead they use it as a selling point! What I mean is that I was told multiple times that I had a 7 year 125 miles warranty on a truck I bought in 23 but went to use the warranty this year and was advised it was no longer valid! That the 7 years from the year model of the vehicle you purchased not the year when you purchased the vehicle....So 5 years of the 7 years was already gone when I purchased it! They are still saying the same things to customers and misrepresenting how the warranty actually works! When I tried to warn customers they BLOCKED me from their page! It was the extend warranty they offer on used vehicle purchases and I was told I was covered for 7 years or 125 thousand miles from purchase not year model. I even had a current sales person tell me I was wrong and that I should still have warranty as he was using that as a selling point! So they are misleading the sales employees as well as the customer! BAD BUSINESS Oh well ...I will never do business with them again! read more

Took my Vehicle to get serviced because it wasn't driving right and I knew there was a problem. This vehicle is a 2018 Silverado with 12,258 miles (yes, 12258 miles). I dropped it off and agreed that I would leave it over night because it looked like they were busy and the adviser told me they probably would not get to it on the scheduled service time. My vehicle was there 4 days and I didn't receive an update, so I called to see what the problem was. the adviser told me that they didn't find anything wrong and they were going to have someone look at it again on Monday(6th day). I was called on Monday with information that was not worth talking about or solving my issue. I emailed the General Manager on the 9th day and he never responded. On the 11th day I became unsatisfied with the lack of urgency that this company showed at solving my problem, so I went to pick up my vehicle. Before I explain how my visit went upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle, I would like to add that I was texted and emailed more times about trading my vehicle for a new one, than them calling to give a update. The only good experience I had was picking up my vehicle, Kristy and Zack were very professional. I could go on and on about them, I was very impressed with them and could tell they were embarrassed without saying it. I really hate that this business has drove me away from ever doing business with them again. We just purchased a vehicle from them last year, I thought I was doing a good deed by patronizing this local business. In the future,I'll definitely avoid this place. I bought 20** *** ******* from volume Chevy in May 2024, I had to take vehicles back to the dealership several times for the engine overheating, the service manager each time assured me the vehicle was inspected with no problems. In September the vehicle would not start call service manager and had vehicle towed to dealership. I ask for a loaner vehicle the service manager tells me e they have no vehicle to loan out.so I have no vehicle to drive and now I must pay for a vehicle 500 dollars month plus my insurance which is 400 dollars. First off, I would like the say that the sales department and working with them was a great experience. Clayton was by far the most genuine and made the buying experience great for us. I walked out that day with me buying my car and my husband buying a truck. After having the truck for only three days, that's when our experience of Volume Chevrolet changed, and it went from being the absolute best experience and recommending them to everyone to the experience from hell and telling everyone run as far away from them as possible, and to never buy a vehicle from them. After taking the truck back-and-forth several times and only having the truck back for three day stents, we were told rodents chewed the fuel line, but it was our fault it happened and our responsibility to pay for it. This truck was never home for it to happen on our property and if it had my car along with the loaner car would be having the same issues. I've come to the conclusion that the general manager and the service department couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, and care more about taking money from customers to pack their pockets a little more. All of them know the truth that the problem was created on their property and are in the wrong for taking even a penny from us. During the two and half to three weeks they had the truck, we received ZERO communication from them with updates on the truck if we got an update it is because we called and stayed on hold for a minutes before them answering or we had to call the sales department for them to get update. They should have the decency to call and give updates on vehicles that are in their position being worked on. I came to the conclusion that they knew they were in the wrong and the less they talk to us the better so they didn't have to lie as much. That 20 year/ 200,000 mile warranty and lifetime oil change may sound great on the radio but don't think for a second they fully honor that. Customer satisfaction goes completely out the window with this company after they get you to buy the vehicle. I recommend if you ever get trapped into purchasing a vehicle from them is to learn from my mistake and request a full vehicle inspection before signing that dotted line. To better serve their customers, I recommend the tire service department take a class and how to treat customers and how to communicate with them properly. I am a single female that purchased a 2019 vehicle from this dealership in 2020. The sales pitch and the financing process was smooth, a bit too smooth. What began as a dream purchase became a nightmare. With all of my service being done in-house by the dealership here in 2025, the 2019 has had the transmission and motor replaced and now I am being told again that the transmission . I am still making payments on this car as well as the insurance. The engine light never goes off after a service is complete and I'm always told that the warranty has expired on the service that is recently completed and needed again. When the checks are ran prior to the car physically breaking down it time there are never warnings of impending engine or transmission issues, just trying to convenience me to purchase tires or brakes from them. This is one very tired and unsatisfied customer. Towing fees to this dealership at least twice a year is ridiculous. I want Volume to make this lemon purchase right. This vehicle should have never been sold to me or anyone else for that matter. Very disappointed. read more

Update August 16 2022 the truck has been deemed unsafe to drive and is being towed to another Chevrolet dealership to be hopefully repaired due to the issues, which has actually caused more issues due to the lack of help from volume Chevy. will update when more info is given. They can not fix the issues with the check engine light staying on and blinking, the truck has over 100+ misfires according to service team, I picked it up from service today 6/29/22 as they had the truck for 2 weeks and as i drive home the check engine light comes back and starts blinking again, obviously they do not know what they are doing. i asked to speak to the general manager on 6/16/22 when i was dropping the truck off for the 5th time in 6 weeks for same problem, he would not even acknowledge i was there and refused to speak with me. After some tumultuous back and forth (mostly on my part, due to a miscommunication) we ended up making a deal. It's not often I leave a positive review for paying more than I wanted to... but it's not every day you buy a beautiful beast of a Camaro either. This place is an absolute joke. Got a thing in the mail from them saying I won a $1,000 dollars. I didn't believe it until the dealership started to call me telling me it's legit and that they had an envelope with the cash waiting for me. Took a day off of work and drive 2 hours to find out I didn't win any money and got a pair of dollar store headphones. This place is a joke. Told them it was a scam and the guy said "a scam is taking someone's money, we didn't take your money". Definition of scam according to Oxford Languages is "a dishonest scheme" and that's exactly what this is. If you wanna buy a car from some low life scammers, buy from here. This review is being left after sending an email to the owner, Jason, that was met with no response. Bought my husband's new truck from Volume last week after EIGHT hours spent at the dealership. The sales manager, Todd, was extremely rude and unhelpful and they also did not honor their own advertised sales/discounts. I just hope they honor the warranty/lifetime oil changes that came with my husband's truck for his sake, based on prior reviews. I bought a car for myself today and visited a different Chevy dealership and was met with a much more pleasant experience. Go to Butler Chevy in Macon instead! They blocked me from their Facebook so that I couldn't make a review. The owner therefore had time to read my email, but apparently was too busy to apologize to someone they did get money from. read more

This company offered an advertisement and in the advertisement they offer you EarPods and a case if your number doesn't match any of that other numbers when I got up there they offered being one airpod they specifically make it look like you're going to get apple AirPods and then give you one airpod the manager felt so bad after his employee laughed at me because I told him this says ear buds that he offered me Atlanta Braves tickets nothing personal but I wanted what i won and I was not given what I was told I won read more
