It's not often I leave a positive review for paying more than I wanted to... but it's not every day you buy a beautiful beast of a Camaro either. But have to say that they do not portray the 7 year warranty they offer correctly! Instead they use it as a selling point! What I mean is that I was told multiple times that I had a 7 year 125 miles warranty on a truck I bought in 23 but went to use the warranty this year and was advised it was no longer valid! That the 7 years from the year model of the vehicle you purchased not the year when you purchased the vehicle....So 5 years of the 7 years was already gone when I purchased it! They are still saying the same things to customers and misrepresenting how the warranty actually works! When I tried to warn customers they BLOCKED me from their page! It was the extend warranty they offer on used vehicle purchases and I was told I was covered for 7 years or 125 thousand miles from purchase not year model. I even had a current sales person tell me I was wrong and that I should still have warranty as he was using that as a selling point! So they are misleading the sales employees as well as the customer! BAD BUSINESS Oh well ...I will never do business with them again!

The truck was a piece of junk it was only after I got to work on it that i noticed all the problems it had. They sell bad condition trucks. The worst part was their payment system... every Friday a lady from the company calls to collect payment one Friday they didn't call and the next monday night they repossessed the truck! The people who work for them are thieves, I had a new video camera, refrigerator and expensive tools stolen from my truck when the repossessed it. the workers demanded "$300 cash" form me to get into the truck so that i could get my personal stuff out of there... atleast what was left of it and I was forced to pay the $300. I hope that nobody has to go though what i did with this company or their affiliates.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Stephens Automotive. They are a highly…read moreprofessional group who helped us out immensely. We are from South Georgia. We broke down on our way to Arkansas. We were meeting up with family members also going camping in Arkansas. Our daughter and her family lives in Lizella right outside of Macon. Our truck pulling a 38' camper broke down. Engine lights flashing, gauges overheating. Well you get the picture. Our daughter-in-law recommended a place down the street from their house called Stephens Automotive. We came in limping late Thursday to Arrowhead campground. While we were parking our daughter-in-law went down the road to talk to Stephens. She explained our situation. We were to leave with the group at 5AM Friday. Surprisingly the owner/ manager said to come on over. They would look at our truck. You NEVER get a place to see you if 1- show up on short notice, 2- have deadline, 3- have never met or done business with, 4- around closing time and 5- present them with no chance of repeat business. These wonderful people took our truck, hunted down the parts we needed, and made repairs. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road to Arkansas. IQAutos posts very clear photos of their inventory for clear transparency of what you are buying, especially for their huge Tesla inventory. They know what photos to display in their listings so you don't have to ask too many questions (Car computer version/actual current range). They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. Shout out to Tony who was very responsive and knowledgeable of Tesla's throughout the entire transaction. If I ever purchase another Tesla, it will likely be from them. I was ensured that it was due to it being cold outside and the car warming basically some excuse but I still would have this issue with the car when I would let it sit for a while then turned it back on. The next issue was the same day of purchase the car was jerking and shaking , I had to cancel my doctors appointment and take the car back. I was told to leave the car with Paul and he would have their mechanic fix the issue. Next issue I was having issues with the coil pack and took the car to tell me exactly the issues and it was in both cylinders so I took the car back to them again and it was the same run around this time bring the car at lunch time and once again the mechanic would fix all the issues. The next issue was the biggest, my car began to shake and jerk as it did when I first purchased it, also it couldn't use the gas like normal to accelerate because it would drag as well. I would struggle to get up hills. The car cut off on me and would I would turn it back on it would keep shutting off with majority of the things highlight such as the battery , check engine light everything was lit. My daughter was in the car and we was almost hit multiple times trying to move it out of the road. I let the car sit over night at a gas station and when I came the next day it drove for about 2 seconds up the road it would struggle to get up the hill and shut off again right in the middle of traffic. The same day I went to them and Laura was very nasty the same one who sold me this vehicle she told me that it has no warranty , it is a cash car , the mileage was already high but still if you knew the mileage was high and it was going to soon have issues hmmm why would you sale it !
