Nearly four months later, I still have not received a single appliance or a refund. Those promises never materialized, and my calls and messages often went unanswered for weeks. I contacted Forno directly to find out what was happening. I was informed that they had received my order but that it was canceled by the seller a few days later. I was also told that they were unable to sell to this dealer due to issues involving the California Franchise Tax Board. Had I been informed of this before my purchase, I never would have paid over $12,000 for appliances that could not be fulfilled. Despite living without any appliances for almost 4 months, I have not received a refund either. Moe, the owner, just says "Sorry, no refunds"!
