This place is great. They do a fantastic job on pedicures and the facilities are newer and clean. They are well stocked with many OPI colors, as well as gel polish colors. They also do a great job on acrylic nails. I have had french tips applied. When I came in for a fill my nails were like new again. They are a smaller shop, so it definitely helps if you have an appointment. Everyone who works there is kind and easy to talk to. read more

Its so hard to find a great nail salon these days, that's why I was so happy when I walked out of Vouge nails. They have fantastic service, high standards and do GREAT work. Micheal was awesome and very accommodating (even agreeing to paint my nails after work so they wouldnt smudge when i put back on my heals) I am very happy with the high quality service and will return again. One word Fantastic. I had a pedicure. The shop is clean, and professionally run. Included in the pedi is a leg massage... I did not want that to stop! I walked in at 5:00pm; they had one customer and the manager said that they were done working for the day; they close at 7pm btw. I understand if you want to go home 2 hrs early maybe it was a slow business day but I drove all the way over there because their hours said they were open till 7. When here because of great reviews.. Walked into a completely empty salon and the one guy working there asks what I need. I said I needed a fill in and he told me he had no time for fill ins today (they were all booked up). OK, I understand if I need an appointment to come here but he was completely uninterested in getting me scheduled for another time... basically looked at me like, yeah, I can't help you now and I have no interest in helping you later.... My daughter and I have been going to vogue for probably 10 years, every month or two. Michael, Nam, Madison, Tutu have watched my daughter grow up! From when they would paint her little toes and put a little flower on them to now, when they tease her about all the teenage stuff! They do the best job, every single time. Wow, Vogue Nails lives up to the Yelp hype! I was running errands on a Saturday afternoon and had some time to kill, so I though I'd get a pedicure. I found Vogue Nails on Yelp, called and they were able to fit me in really quickly. As others have mentioned, the salon is intimate with only a few chairs, so you definitely want to make an appointment. I was SO impressed with the whole experience. The salon is really clean, and all the employees are so friendly. My nails looks phenomenal, and it wasn't too pricey. Will definitely be back! read more

Michael is not happy unless his work is perfect which is great for a girl like me with OCD. Ivy gives a killer massage. Seriously, she's so strong it might kill you, but your muscles will thank you. I'm a little torn on this place...on the one hand I was able to call and book an appointment for the same day for a dual mani/pedi and a polish for a 5 year old the day of my girlfriend arriving in town for a quick visit. I instantly loved the place when I walked in and felt at ease. The gal doing my mani/pedi was sweet/funny and everyone for the most part interacted in this small place. It was also nice to hear them all chatting away in English and being themselves. The girl who took care of me was super gentle and and attentive and everything looked great; but then she broke my heart saying she was off to school shortly. I'm sad that the manicure was already chipping a day or so later and I wasn't even doing any chores or being hard on nails by any means since I had guests in town. I was pretty much sold on coming back here until the chipping set in so soon. Now I'm not so sure if I should give it another go or just return to the other place I was considering making my "usual." I'm on the fence, but the people alone, especially the guys (except for the gal who somewhat rudely kicked me out of the chair before the girl was done with my last coat) were great. read more

Based on my last yelp review and looking for a new nail salon, I researched and found Vogue Nails. I called and talked to Nam and explained my dilemma. Just moved to San Diego and was looking for a place to get a pedicure so of course I went to Yelp. I saw good reviews so I decided to check this place out. It is a tiny little place kind of tucked away in a shopping center but as soon as I walked in someone greeted me. I had a short wait because there are only 4 pedicure seats, but I only waited about 5-10 minutes. The pedicure was great, it was $25 and it wasn't rushed or sloppy. My favorite part was that in the hour or so that I was there several customers came in and the staff instantly knew who they were and started catching up with them. I think it means a lot if you have "regulars" because they are obviously coming back for a reason. I will definitely be returning for my next manicure or pedicure! read more

Came from Oceanside based on the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Amy did my fills and was very attentive and kept asking if I was happy with how she was doing. It appears based on a previous review she has made a 180 and my nails are beautiful. Couldn't be happier with my spa pedicure. He was extremely professional, gentle and did a fabulous job. Nam, the owner made you feel welcomed and didn't shout the typical greeting "pick your color!". Like this place a lot. Oh and the salon is kept nice and looks professionally cleaned. read more

Namm is definitely my favorite! He did an awesome job on my nails and keeping me entertained and my drink full! Yup, they usually have red or white wine that they serve which is ALWAYS appreciated! If you know me, you know that I'm a tough customer. Maybe fanatical even. Especially when it comes to my fingers and toes! I'm fussy, I like it to be perfect, and the place has to be clean and pleasant. Vogue Nails is all that and more. I have not had a single bad service there ever. The staff are delightful. Every person who works there does a great job and my nails look amazing. Right now I have a shellac mani that people comment on in the store and my tootsies look like glass. I stopped in last week - no appt- just walked in . It was my first visit & convenient to my home . The salon was small, but pleasant , and a very pretty and pleasant young woman gave me a pedicure and gel manicure. I moved here from another state so I am not sure how they compare to other local salons , but my nails look quite nice - not the best ever but I am quite pleased . Their prices I found extremely fair. While I was in , they had 2-3 other clients , so not overly busy, and then 3 elderly clients , one with her nurse ,came in ( separately but around the same time). As someone who recently lost her 82 year old mother (and did full time home care for her the last few months of her life ), I truly appreciated the care and respect they showed these clients. They were not condescending , just very accommodating - making sure there was plenty of room for walkers , making sure they spoke loudly enough , simple things like that . The care they showed these people brought my review from a 4 to 5. Their customer service is outstanding. I will definitely be back . read more

This is a very clean salon. I arrived without an appointment on Saturday afternoon and did not have to wait at all. My spa pedicure/manicure cost $50 which is a little bit on the pricey side but the service was great. They offered me a free bottle of water and Tammy didn't rush the job, giving me a great leg and arm massage. The other employees were very friendly and interacted quite a bit with their clients. While they do take credit/debit cards, they prefer cash or check. I paid with debit card though and they were very good natured about it. I will definitely return! read more

I've been going to Vogue for over 10 years, and they are the best shop around. It's a family owned business, and the service is topnotch. I love the long, luxurious leg massage and how well my pedicures last. I usually go to MIchael, but I love Madison, too. There's always light banter and good spirits in the shop, and they are the nicest, kindest, hardest working group you could find. The shop is immaculate, and they are diligent about keeping everything sterilized. It's a place where you'll feel welcome and part of the family after a visit or two. The price is average for a nail shop, but the quality of the service is well above average. read more
