Our technician, Walter, was not only smart and professional, he was really dedicated to the task at hand. OMG these guys are fantastic. We had totally backed up showers and toilets on our second floor…read moretownhouse. First plumber recommended Drain Saver as they didn't have a long enough snake. Drain Savers came a few hours later and over 2 hours fixed the problem with their monster snake and this included removing and replacing a toilet. Brian and Stephen were friendly and super competent (and very nice). They wore booties to avoid marking our floors and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. If you have baked up pipes these are your people! 100% recommended.
