First let me say that Cheap Snake and Matt are Fast and friendly BUT this time around his…read moretechnician came in and cleared mt drain and the pipe started to leak. OK fine for another $100 he repairs it and then says it might leak if I hit the pipe to hard Huh??? But then half way through the job the technician asks if I am paying cash or check. My response was Credit card. I was then informed that the Credit card system was down for the last 3 days. So when I spoke to Matt on the phone why was this not communicated. So now I have to find cash or check for the amount of the service. Not Very professional this time around.

They spent 5 hours in my house, wandering which walls they were going to tear appart to find the leak. After 5 hours, I told these clowns to leave. Manny diagnosed the problem in 5', and fix it in 1 hour. It costed me $379 where Roto Rooter gave me an estimate between $10k and $20k. We really need to support small companies like Cheap Snake, they know their stuff. Thanks again.

There was no time to waste in getting this repair done. When given the quote which was on the spot, I really did not have time to shop around. However, I did ask questions as to how that number was generated and the answer was very vague. Come to find out afterwards, that I definitely paid well above what a reasonable going rate was according to other licensed and insured plumbers because I wanted to check if things really had gotten that expensive, but it turns out that this company was just overcharging in my opinion. I reached out to ask the owner, not just the son who showed up, to again account for how those numbers in the price were calculated. Blew me off for weeks. I finally told him that it was very shady that he could not explain in detail why I was charged so much. When he finally did lay it out there, I let him know that I felt taken advantage of and felt ripped off.

They flooded my ceiling. That I just had fixed. And they were very expensive, so do not use drain snake drain company. I had no choice because of my complex. And I knew they were gonna blame it on me. Because they both worked together, they both scams. The drain company and the manned Heritage Hills management. First of all, there's no inside drain that costs $433 to clock to unclog. It was an outside drain. But they're so unreliable in such liars and scam artists that they blame everything on the homeowners. So don't use theirs use b and j's because they talked to me that night. And they told me that it was an outside pipe that if they came on a saturday, they would have to charge me extra money, so they were nice enough to be honest and they came back monday. But it was all done.So if they would have came back monday earlier, I would have had it done for half the price.Probably snake drain company is a ripo. That's because they deal with management.Heritage hills management, because they're a total rip off too. What we do is assessments, and have to pay increases. All the time and get nothing done. And when we be a one man said they start a project and they leave it, and then they start another one, it's true. They do have to paint us falling off half the houses and half the paint on some of the houses are different color green
