Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

I described the problem over the phone and Jason suggested that rather than coming to our home first, that we purchase a new faucet and then he would come and install it. After it was installed, it started leaking within one hour. When we called Jason again, he had to return the next day (this was during the Xmas holidays) in order to replace the lemon. He did this without charge. Two weeks ago we had a leak and called Jason. He came the same day and repaired the pipe. Look no further if you need a reliable plumber.

Never saw their truck on my block, never heard that they would be here or not. Three calls later and no show, not contact back... even during working hours. I cannot trust those who fail to show, and choose not to communicate such. How do contractors stay in business this way?

Kristian replaced our basement utility sink and faucet, repaired a leaky pipe, and replaced our outdoor spigot with a brand-new valve. He did an excellent job with everything and took the time to make sure the work was done properly. He also cleaned everything up when he was finished, which I really appreciated. It's not often you find someone who does quality work, is dependable, and charges a fair price. We are extremely happy with the work Kristian did and will definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

There was no time to waste in getting this repair done. When given the quote which was on the spot, I really did not have time to shop around. However, I did ask questions as to how that number was generated and the answer was very vague. Come to find out afterwards, that I definitely paid well above what a reasonable going rate was according to other licensed and insured plumbers because I wanted to check if things really had gotten that expensive, but it turns out that this company was just overcharging in my opinion. I reached out to ask the owner, not just the son who showed up, to again account for how those numbers in the price were calculated. Blew me off for weeks. I finally told him that it was very shady that he could not explain in detail why I was charged so much. When he finally did lay it out there, I let him know that I felt taken advantage of and felt ripped off.

I had them clear a clog due to my sewer drain backing up which was disgusting so in a pinch I decided to use them. They came out and did perform the service and charged me $900 which I found out was about twice the cost compared to other services in the area. They then offered me a FREE video inspection of my sewer line which was done the next day that took about 15 minutes to do. At that point I was told that my pipe outside may be askew which could have caused the backup. The tech who performed this was very unprofessional and quick to let me know the minimal amount of details needed and was very quick to pack up his camera before I had a chance to take video or pictures of the results myself since I was called away momentarily. When I asked for me to do that I was told that I should have done it earlier. He then came back to tell me for them to fix the problem it would cost $9,000 - YES $9,000! I told him I wanted a copy of his inspection at which point he said he would submit it to his office and I could get one once that's done. I called to get it a day later and their office told me that the tech will call me back which he did and said that he was going to the office to submit it and that if i want a copy of it - IT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL $750 - YES $750 for me to obtain the video taken of MY PIPES in MY HOUSE !!!!! It is mind numbing that ROTO ROUTER has the audacity to charge those type of prices. I spoke to his boss later that day who told me he could nothing about it and that I was supposed to be told about the charges by the tech when he performed the service which he NEVER DID!! Then it became a "he said, she said" situation which I knew I would lose. His boss promised me he would at least call me back with the details of the inspection and never did after me calling him back at least 5 to 6 times and texting him as well. So much for being professional. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS and check out local options for these types of services - you will not be sorry.
