I always use b&J's they are wonderful I was trying to call them one night when my toilet overflowed into the shower but my management company wouldn't let me heritage hills management wouldn't let me use them because we had to use snake drain their company who charged me a fortune didn't charge me they're trying to charge me The management companies trying to send me an invoice for $433 which I know it was an outside drain but that's besides the point I wanted to use b&J's cuz they were always great and nice but they would not let me so if you live in a complex the best thing to do is just hire b & J's no matter what the management says cuz they're going to rip you off anyway it's called heritage hills management b & J's came out right away fix whatever problems and I need a few forces put in they put them in really good I give this company a five-star rating I would never use electric snake from Bruce I'm sorry to say it on their website but b&J's are fantastic it's a family-run business and it's been in mahopac for years nothing went well. They flooded my ceiling. That I just had fixed. And they were very expensive, so do not use drain snake drain company. I had no choice because of my complex. And I knew they were gonna blame it on me. Because they both worked together, they both scams. The drain company and the manned Heritage Hills management. First of all, there's no inside drain that costs $433 to clock to unclog. It was an outside drain. But they're so unreliable in such liars and scam artists that they blame everything on the homeowners. So don't use theirs use b and j's because they talked to me that night. And they told me that it was an outside pipe that if they came on a saturday, they would have to charge me extra money, so they were nice enough to be honest and they came back monday. But it was all done.So if they would have came back monday earlier, I would have had it done for half the price.Probably snake drain company is a ripo. That's because they deal with management.Heritage hills management, because they're a total rip off too. What we do is assessments, and have to pay increases. All the time and get nothing done. And when we be a one man said they start a project and they leave it, and then they start another one, it's true. They do have to paint us falling off half the houses and half the paint on some of the houses are different color green read more

I called 2 plumbing companies. The first one never returned my call. They answered the phone when I called and happened to have a service person available at that time. I had trouble with a leaky toilet. They troubleshot the problem, which turned out to be a rusty pipe leading to the shut-off valve and fixed it. They explained everything they did, put coverings on their shoes and cleaned up after they finished. Highly recommend! read more

I had no water yesterday and they came right away and I had water for the day. but this morning no water again. once more they responded very quickly. the workers seem sure things will work now and since they changed one thing yesterday and something else today, I am pretty confident. I took one star away since they had to come back, but if water keeps running I think 5 stars!! read more

Bee and Jay Plumbing, amazing company and team! Referred by family friend, David an attorney from Somers. Best referral I could have gotten. Had a leak, running up an unwarranted water bill and the area was challenging to get to because of the crawl space. Had called few company's; they were either a no show or too lazy to do the job. Not Bee & Jay Plumbing! They sent the best guys over to come access what was needed and got the job done! No more leaks therefore no high water bill. Mario & Miguel, part of the team were professional, punctual, precise, cleaned up after the job, not to mention the attention to details in which they cared for the job they were doing. From start to finish because they completed the job and well done! Very happy. Ted thank you for taking my call and making it happen! Thank you so much! Christine- Mohegan Lake read more

They came to my home January 25th I've been calling to get them back since January 27. Today we are second week of February. They take my info say they'll have the owner email or call and they never do. All the water in my home was turned off. Certain areas still aren't working and they don't even have the decency to get someone back to my home. But they 100% made sure to send me that bill within 5 days of the completion of fixing a single pipe and shutting off all my water. Ironic. read more

Bee and Jay does beautiful, professional, quality work. The water main into my house was leaking, and Joe put a large amount of time into planning how they would fix it. Gene and the rest of the team then did clean, effective work, making no mess at all and completely fixing the problem. Their work was more than a fix, actually, it was a home improvement! I highly recommend Bee and Jay. read more

Awful unreasonablly marked up high price for inadequate and unpunctual work. Never will do business for me again. Better off watching a YouTube video and doing work yourself! read more

I called their service and received a call back immediately the next morning from Laurie who helped get someone to my home asap. Tony and Danny came to my home and took amazing care of the house and me! It was my first big leak as a newly homeowner, and Tony was nice enough to tell me to call my homeowners insurance and explain the situation. A complete stranger that cared for me as if I was his son! Were else can you find treatment like that! Danny had to cut holes in the walls to locate the source of the leak (was pretty well hidden), and after any mess made, he cleaned it up! I am in year 2 of a 30 year mortgage and Bee & Jay made themselves a customer for the next 28 years at least! Thank you Bee & Jay and special thanks to Laurie, Tony, and Danny! read more

Look no further. We are so pleased we found Bee & Jay Plumbing. We were accumulating little plumbing jobs around the house and finally had to make some calls. It is not easy to find well-rated plumbers, licensed in Putman, who are interested in the little odd jobs. When I called Bee & Jay, I was mainly hoping they could give me a recommendation for a plumber that would do small plumbing jobs Lori in the office is fantastic! She asked about the work needed, gave pricing upfront, and we booked the appt. Done & Easy. The plumbers called before showing up to let us know they were on their way. Dan and Brian were polite, professional, efficient, and explained everything. Lori called the next day to make sure everything went well. It is a nice feeling to know who to call for big and small plumbing jobs. read more

They came and did an estimate for a big job. Theirs was the highest estimate of three plumbers who were called. I called twice to get more information and got a call center. I asked for a call back. It never happened, so they didn't get the job. read more

We recently had a new hot water heater installed from Bee and Jay Plumbers. From the first phone call putting us at ease to the installation of a job well done we are so happy about the fantastic job that was done. Even the town inspector was extremely impressed! Thank you! read more

On Monday last week, we had two gentlemen come to our house to fix a cracked sewer pipe in our basement. They discussed how to fix it and took pictures and said they would get back to us with an estimate. After a few days, we were informed that the boss had to come out to look at the job. So on Friday, the boss came out and this is what he said "this is going to cost you your left nut" not very professional in my opinion. In this day and age he had no idea who is was talking to. Apparently, he did not want to do the job so we looked elsewhere. Very disappointed! read more

I asked my contractor if he could recommend a few plumbers and he said, "Bee & Jay, they're the best. You'll never have a problem with their work and it will be done right." I am very happy I listed to his recommendation because the work was done to perfection. I don't know much about plumbing but it looks like a work of art. The plumbers Mark and John carefully made sure to hide as much behind existing walls and floors of the house which I really appreciated. There was no unnecessary cuts to save time. They really treated it as if it was their own home. I'll definitely be sure to use Bee & Jay for any future plumbing needs and refer anyone I know. read more

I called Bee and Jay on a Saturday morning with a total system backup. They responded within a few hours. Although they were unable to help (it was a massive sewer problem, not a toilet/line clog problem) but they referred me to a great company, Electric Snake. When I got a bill from them the compassionate person at the office corrected the billing problem, since they didn't do any work. What great customer service! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. A great local business. read more

The Monday night before Thanksgiving, my upstairs toilet was leaking into the downstairs bathroom...the one my guests would be using in 3 days. I had never used Bee and Jay, but I decided to give them a shot based on the excellent reviews and the Angie's List Award that they had received. Laurie worked hard to get a crew out to me before Thanksgiving...and sure enough they came early Wednesday and had everything fixed in several hours. Gene and Jim were great...they lived up to all the positive reviews that I had read. They were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and cleaned up thoroughly. A holiday disaster averted thanks to Bee and Jay. I have used many plumbers over the years, but was never satisfied so I changed whenever a new problem arose. I think that has ended as I intend to make Bee and Jay my plumber of choice and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again!! read more

Very overpriced. Techs often need to come back several times because they cannot get it right the first time. They are fine to fix a toilet but leave a complicated job to someone else. Of course your experience may be different from mine. read more

We have had work done before and while they are very over priced it was satisfactory. This time the canceled they one appt the day of, rescheduled for 2 days later and never showed up after I waited all day for them. When I called and asked where they were they told me they would be unable to make it. Not even a phone call. Hows that for customer service!!! i will never use them again. read more

We had no water. Called them on Tuesday afternoon, someone was here on Wednesday morning to diagnose the problem. We needed a well conversion. Two men (Gene and Mike) came Thursday morning and did the conversion. Gene explained everything they did and when they left we had water. Gene and Mike were very nice and professional. The best was they cleaned up after themselves. You would never know they were here except for the fact that everything looks new. You might think that cleaning up is part of the job, but it's not that way with all. I can't wait to recommend them to someone. read more

Horrible people - lost my water, have a well - tried to force me into buying a whole new system for $2000.00. Called and spoke to a man who said he was the owner and he refused to repair what I had - said the house could "blow up". Had a new plumber the next day who replaced the filter and O ring and now have no issues and it was under $100! Steer clear of these guys they are deceptive and crooked! read more
