We scheduled an appointment during the week during business hours and had to cancel because we were going out of town. A month later, I called to schedule an appointment again, and the lady remembered me, pulled up my file and we set up an appointment. I was surprised she remembered me. She was very friendly and helpful. The day of the service, the technician arrived only a half hour later than the time window specified, but the lady assured me they would be there soon and there was a slight emergency in the morning and the technician was running late. I hung up the phone and there he was. The pumping was uneventful, they said that it was due and good thing I did not wait. They checked a box in the leeching field and said it was still in good shape and I had a couple of years service left from the box. All in all a good experience. I would recommend them.

My house is over 100 years old and the septic system isn't much newer, yet they have always been able to fix clogs and determine what the root cause was each time. Once it was a broken pipe, once it was the outflow of the tank that was blocked, and once it was just a simple clog from too much paper of the wrong sort.
