I highly recommend Ben Melton Septic Service…read more Ben originally inspected our septic system when we purchased our home, so when it came time to make repairs he was the first person I called. He was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully inspect the entire system before recommending any work. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained everything. As an engineer, I tend to ask a lot of detailed questions, and Ben was very patient and methodical in walking through how the system works and what the issues were. He presented multiple repair options, explained the pros and cons of each, and never pressured us toward a more expensive solution. His pricing was very fair, but even more impressive were his honesty and customer service. It's rare to find a contractor who combines strong technical knowledge with that level of integrity and communication. The work was completed exactly as promised, and I left the process feeling confident that the system was repaired correctly. I would absolutely recommend Ben Melton Septic Service to anyone who needs septic inspection or repair work.

Ben and his team are all very professional, they handled the very large job of replacing our septic tank with precision (important when they're on your front lawn just outside our front windows) and they left the front yard where our septic tank is neat, clean and seeded. Ben and his team made a tough job look easy, and I highly recommend he and his team.

Apparently owners of company split and they no longer had records (i still have invoice). This is not an issue that can wait, so after 2 days of trying i reached out to a different company. I will no longer use A-1 again, and will be going with another company for all my future business. Being it was after 6 pm, and the companies that I was familiar with were closed I took my chance and called Pupper because it stated they were open 24/7. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful and after I explained the situation he told me that he would send the truck out and it would be there in about 30-40 minutes...it was there in 20 minutes. Donny, who had already worked a long shift, mmediately got to work and worked for 2 straight hours. Unfortunately the job turned out to be more than just a regular pumping.due to the amount of grease. He also dug out the baffle ( i think it's what is called) to unclogged the pipe which was completele clogged. When Donny was all done and he gave me the bill I was shocked at the charge. It was not a penny more than what I was quoted over the phone despite being after hours and all the extra work it entailed.. I thank you and my tenants thank you Donny for a great job.
