Apparently owners of company split and they no longer had records (i still have invoice). This week i had an emergency with my septic and have called numerous times and left multiple voice mails, all with no response. I even emailed and nothing. This is not an issue that can wait, so after 2 days of trying i reached out to a different company. I will no longer use A-1 again, and will be going with another company for all my future business. I find it very unprofessional to not return a phone call from an existing customer with an urgent issue.
