We brought in meals from Pasta Too. The food was ready for pick up when we arrived. Service was…read morefriendly. We ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Romano with wedding soups instead of salads and sides of angel hair pasta. We also ordered the spaghetti with hot sausage. All meals came with Italian bread and butter. Servings are very large and could feed two people with small/regular appetites. The Chicken Parmigiana and the spaghetti with hot sausage were very good with flavorful red sauce. The Chicken Romano was bland. It should have had lemon taste. I think I read that in another review too. We picked up our order around 4 pm, and the restaurant was starting to get busy. I really like their Italian market in the reception area. They sell cookies, pasta, sauces, and other items.

The restaurant was busy, but service was still pretty bad. It took forever to get to go containers…read more We were told the stuffed breadsticks were coming a bit late. We didn't get them until after we'd finished eating a while ago. That's hit a bit late. That's late enough that we would have canceled them. The ambiance is still good and the food was delicious. The wedding soup wasn't very good. Not nearly as good as I remembered. Too much chicken too. Wish I hadn't placed an order for some to go before eating it. The manicotti was good. The veal parm gave both the people who got it good poisoning. So they had miserable days/nights for more than 24 hours. Definitely not going back any time soon.

The pickle dip with spicy cheese curds and homemade chips was so good! Quick note to self: sampling spicy foods while trying to fully appreciate a beer flight might not be the best strategy . Plan accordingly. Friendly, fast service, and just a heads-up--they do add a 3% charge for credit card payments. Overall, a great experience and we'll absolutely be back!

I have been wanting to try this place since it took over Mindful Brewing. I never went to Mindful…read morebut I was looking forward to a brewery being close to my home. Upon entering the place is very cute and spacious with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Of course outside there are some games for the kids or adults. We were greeted immediately upon entering and was seated right away. Our server was nice but we had some things wrong with our order and just didn't complain. There is a good amount of options for Gluten Free people which is nice. When taking our order I asked how many sauces we could get I'd we got the 12 count of wings. He stated we could get 2. We ordered the Dry Rub and the Garlic Parm, we only got the Garlic Parm. We got the Buffalo Cauliflower for an appetizer. Some pieces were super mushy and I wasn't the biggest fan but my boyfriend thought it was pretty good. The wings though overcooked has a decent flavor. My son got probably the best deal in the menu but he said the Mac and Cheese had no flavor. He loved the tenders though he said they were really good. I like that they have a happy hour and they do have seltzer on tap which is nice. I got the Watmerlon one and it wasn't overbearing fake watermelon flavor it was refreshing and light. We didn't complain about the food because there was only one cook the day we went and it got pretty busy in there and he was doing it all himself. He was definitely overwhelmed and you could tell but he did a decent job. It did take a good while to get our food but again he was by himself. Id be back to try their burger when I looked over at the table behind me they got it and it looked super juicy, big and yummy!

Honest review! 10/10…read more Let's start with the fact that I could smell this place down the street before I even got out of my car! My mouth was salivating before I even got inside! As a new Yorker, it's so very hard to impress me when it comes to Pizza! I'm the pickiest! A true pizza snob! But this place was well worth all the hype! Underrated if you ask me! All of the staff were very friendly, and helped me decide what to try. It definitely gives "family vibes" as soon as you walk in there. It's the definition of a hole in the wall, but I loved it. I live all the way in east Pittsburgh by plum and I drive ALLL the way over to Brookline, through the tunnels and under the bridges and over the bridges and under the tunnels again LOL. Its 100% worth the drive. No other pizza will do. Also the provolone Sticks are to die for. Literally, I almost died. So cheesy! Be warned its a mouth full haha.

Their pizza has quite the following, especially with those that grew up on that side of the city…read more It's tasty but it's also greasy (see pic). Grease seeped through the box onto my table. The sauce is sweet and the cheese is a nice blend. Call in or walk in ordering. They do now take credit cards but charge a fee. Two slides of pepperoni is ~$10. There are a few tables if you want to eat in. Place gets super busy. Cell service is pretty non existent, this plays in if you want to tap and pay.
