During that time, I called regularly for updates and was repeatedly told that no one had looked at it. As a small business owner who depends on my work van, being without my vehicle caused transportation expenses, lost work opportunities, and financial hardship. I was also concerned that my repair invoice stated my vehicle had "numerous oil leaks," but another inspection I obtained around the same time did not document any oil leaks. When I asked for supporting documentation, I did not receive photographs or diagnostic evidence explaining that notation. After my vehicle was returned, I continued investigating the overheating issue and discovered additional concerns with the cooling system. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company and spoke with a representative who expressed interest in resolving it, but we were ultimately unable to reach an agreement. Every repair experience is different, but based on my experience, I was disappointed with the repair outcome, the length of time my vehicle remained at the shop, and the lack of communication. I hope the company reviews its repair and customer service practices so future customers have a better experience.

They even worked outside in the snow to install the wheels. Tires come with installation and balancing. Calling ahead for sizing and availability would be a good idea; however, after walking through their warehouse to pick out my preferred set, I'd say that they are well-stocked. You might even find a match for your current set if you're only replacing two and you have a common size wheel. The walkthrough revealed that they keep things more organized and tidy than most mom-and-pop shops. Only negatives here are that they only offer a 7 days warranty (competitors in this space typically offer 30) and that you don't know the history of the tire (but that's the deal when you're buying wholesale or pull-off tires). Overall, quick service (in and out in less than 20 minutes), and a great value: was able to get great-looking, low-mileage, name-brand tires (Toyo 225/55R18 with probably 70% tread remaining) for only $80. Two tires, balanced and installed, for less than the price of a single generic brand tire before tax at retail, and even less than the $100 you'd pay at a competitor.

I had to wait in line about 45 minutes, but never had to get out of my car. This location is so close to downtown, I'm sure it's much quicker not near rush hours. I could tell they were working as quick as they could, which was nice. And as far as I know everything looked good under the hood. I had to laugh that I overheard the mechanic recommend to the car next to me "yeah... you probably need, like, a new car..." Like, damn, that's some real advice.
