I had a true 5-star experience with Brandon and the rest of the VMR team. I immediately started looking for rims when I purchased my GTI in late 2018. I almost went with Rotiform but was turned off by their reviews on Yelp. I kept searching with a strong desire to work with a local company with great designs and great service. They have been in a market for quite some time now, so guess where I went to get wheels after I bought my BMW 1-series? That's right, VMR. Peter, Gideon, and Charles have been a pleasure to work with. I've also meet many of the their staff in the process of getting my wheels. How I got to know so many of them was because they were all willing to help me choose my wheel and give me tips on how to get them to fit on my stubborn car, which by the way sucks for modding since the wheel offsets are way to high for common aftermarket wheels. Since then I feel as if I have been accepted as part of their great family. I am now considering them as personal friends and have been attending VMR events with them such as Bimmerfest. Customer service here is great!! The only thing is do not call them and press 1 or 3.. Just press 2 and someone will pick up. Other than that the service is excellent! the sales rep were all very friendly and helpful. They can't match prices (obviously compared to their resellers), but hey, if the customer service is great, then it is a done deal. The only issue is that I wish they were open Saturdays.. Definitely one of the best aftermarket wheel companies for BMW, Audi and VW. Peter, the general manager there, is very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Their wheels are manufactured in Taiwan, so its much better quality than majority of the aftermarket wheel companies who have their wheels manufactured in China. VMR's selection of wheels is quite amazing, its hard to find a design that you wouldn't want on your car. It's been a few months and I've finally put on the wheels and tires I've been researching for. I definitely wanted the 7 spoke pattern but could not find a brand that suited me needs (correct width, offset, hub size, color). Coincidentally, Tracy from VMR posted a thread on our Acura forum and I decided to look into them. Lucky for me they are located about 55 miles from my place. I swung by, did a test fit, and settled on the V710s in matte black. Beyond the wheels themselves, Tracy is a great person to work with. Very professional and loves what he does. He answered all my questions and is extremely knowledgeable in wheels and wheel tech. Granted, he isn't accustomed to RLXs, so he was ecstatic to work with me in getting the right wheel for the car.
