The referral was useful given that the car also needs a new headliner as well. 1 place.. 2 repairs... I thought it would be efficient. I was very wrong.. I went to them, with a sample of the headliner along with the ICBC claim number for the windshield. George was helpful and was able to match the headliner material. The elderly receptionist was struggled to write down the claim number and eventually I did it for her. I explained that they need to bring in the windshield from MCL and that they had the part in stock. I gave her all the information to make everything a smooth process. After about 1 week I called them to ensure they had secured the parts for the windshield replacement. They said they'd get right back to me... but no returned call. This went on for 6 weeks as I called once per week and was told I'd get a call right back... but still no call. Finally after the 7th call I got a call back from the glass person. The thing is this... when I spoke to him, it was as though we had not spoken before... he claimed that he had found the claim under a pile of old claims and thought it a good idea to call me back... I was stunned. WORSE, It appears MCL no longer has the windshield in stock. The fact that multiple people knew the windshield was there and did nothing is simply mind-blowing. Even after sending in an email to George clearly explaining my frustration... no call back... no email. Honestly... take your car any place but here.

First, they list their address on Clark, but the door at Clark is permanently locked. I parked the van at William Street, where a service entrance is located. However, there is a sign to go to the Clark St. (which is locked). Finally, we noticed that there is an entrance and parking at Charles Street, although there is no indication. My wife went to the sales department, on the second floor, while I moved the van there. When I arrived, my wife told me that the sales lady informed that they do not manufacture seat covers for RVs. I went to the sales room and explained to the sales lady that my van is a Mercedes Sprinter converted into a camper. She replied that they do not have covers for RVs, and had absolutely no interested in helping me. I appealed saying that my van was parked only 10 meters from there, why could she not go there and check the type of seat in the van, so she could affirm that they do not have with certainty? Waist of time, she was not interested in helping me, nor to make a sale. I regret that somebody grew this business and then left it in the hands of unwilling staff.

Made an appointment for an interior restoration, but Ron pulled a no show apparently due to a death…read morein the family, and didn't even bother to notify me or call me back until I finally was able to reach him a week later. Of course, no apologies for this at all. I guess the reason was that he already worked on my car a bit through another shop called Final Touch Auto Spa who outsourced their restoration job to New Creations. However, the leather/vinyl repairs were incomplete and sloppy in some parts. Places of the car that was made in vinyl looks ok, but all of the leather repairs look like somebody rubbed over it with a black sandpaper, certainly not like "people won't notice it unless they knew about the wear," it was obvious to most people that aren't legally blind. The most important part was to get rid of the wrinkles and touch up the tired-looking seat leathers to make it look newer again, but that was not even touched, as well as couple of the tufting buttons that were missing and I asked to replace. For about 5-6 small repair jobs that took about 4 hours, the charge was $525... I would leave 1.5 stars if I could, but 1 is still fine with me since I certainly won't go back there or ask New Creations to do any work in the future.
