The headliner on my Mazda6 had come loose at the edges after 13 years. On searching online I came…read moreacross Yelp reviews that recommended Top Trim Upholstery. Ronnie the owner said that the entire headliner would have to be replaced. He said that the plastic frame has to be removed and re-installed with the headliner. He also said that as the sponge that the headliner is glued to has deteriorated. I first thought that I may be able to glue it or be able to pin it back with screw pins as some people on the web had commented. More browsing and by also trying the invisible screw pins, I realized this didn't work. I also realized that even though only the edges had come out the middle was loose as well. I took my Mazda back to Ronnie and he did an amazing job. It looks as good as new now. Ronnie is extremely nice as well. I won't hesitate taking my vehicle to Ronnie again.

In early February I was referred to Pacific Auto Trim by MCL for a windshield replacement. At this…read moretime I confirmed with MCL that they had the windshield in stock. The referral was useful given that the car also needs a new headliner as well. 1 place.. 2 repairs... I thought it would be efficient. I was very wrong.. I went to them, with a sample of the headliner along with the ICBC claim number for the windshield. George was helpful and was able to match the headliner material. The elderly receptionist was struggled to write down the claim number and eventually I did it for her. I explained that they need to bring in the windshield from MCL and that they had the part in stock. I gave her all the information to make everything a smooth process. After about 1 week I called them to ensure they had secured the parts for the windshield replacement. They said they'd get right back to me... but no returned call. This went on for 6 weeks as I called once per week and was told I'd get a call right back... but still no call. Finally after the 7th call I got a call back from the glass person. The thing is this... when I spoke to him, it was as though we had not spoken before... he claimed that he had found the claim under a pile of old claims and thought it a good idea to call me back... I was stunned. WORSE, It appears MCL no longer has the windshield in stock. The fact that multiple people knew the windshield was there and did nothing is simply mind-blowing. Even after sending in an email to George clearly explaining my frustration... no call back... no email. Honestly... take your car any place but here.
