Ronnie the owner said that the entire headliner would have to be replaced. He said that the plastic frame has to be removed and re-installed with the headliner. He also said that as the sponge that the headliner is glued to has deteriorated. I first thought that I may be able to glue it or be able to pin it back with screw pins as some people on the web had commented. More browsing and by also trying the invisible screw pins, I realized this didn't work. I also realized that even though only the edges had come out the middle was loose as well. They asked if it was a move-out cleaning and I said yes. I've attached some photos of the cleaning service received which show the place as not being cleaned. In addition to this, when I informed Prince of the service I received he blamed me for not reviewing the cleaners work and also not advising them that it was a move out cleaning (which I did inform them, and it was also noticeable given there was nothing left in my apartment).
